JobResponsibilities

1.AssisttheLifeScienceprojectsupervisor/managertoeffectivelyimplementofallprojectsassignedtothegroup.

2.Implementtheresponsibleprojectscomplyingwiththecompanystandardprocedures.

3.Monitorthescheduleperformanceandmaintainanupdatedscheduleatalltimefortheresponsibleprojects.

4.Providetimelyandaccurateupdatetotheprojectsupervisor/managerontheprojectrelatedreports.

5.Updatetheprojectsupervisor/managerweeklyonhis/herchargeablehour’samount(weeklytimesheet).

6.Preparetheproject-relateddocumentsdrawingsfortheresponsibleprojects.

7.AssisttheContractAdminonthecontractadministration,suchaspaymentbillingontime,shipmentontime,LCdocumentscollectionontimeandpaymentcollectionontime.

8.Assistprojectsupervisor/managertoprepareanaccurateestimateofcosttimely.

9.Monitorandcontroltheresponsibleprojectcosttoimprovetheprojectgrossmarginoratleasttomaintainitasthebookedvalue.

10.Achievecustomersatisfactionontheresponsibleprojectimplementation.

11.Deliverthecontractcommitmentsfortheresponsibleprojects.

12.Assisttheprojectsupervisor/managertocollectthepaymentreceivable.

13.Assistontraining,softwaredesignandconfiguration.

14.Deliverandclosetheprojectasearlyaspossible.

15.Completeotherjobassignedbysupervisor/manager.

BasicQualifications

1.Strongcomputerproficiency.

2.Universitydegreeinengineeringdiscipline.

3.Minimum3yearsworkingexperienceintheinstrumentationandcontrolsector,preferablysomeworkingexperiencewithforeignownedcompanies.ShouldpossessagoodunderstandingoftheprocesscontrolbusinessinChina.

4.Hardware,softwareandengineeringworkexperienceofprocessautomationcontrolsystem,DCSorPLC.

5.BeabletocommunicateeffectivelyinspokenandwrittenEnglish.CET-4orabove.

6.Goodpresentationskillandstrongorganizationalsalesskills.

7.Self-motivated,outgoingpersonality.
