4、懂機(jī)臺(tái)安裝。

5、有電工證。

6、能配合自動(dòng)化接一些特殊信號(hào)。

設(shè)備制造主管崗位職責(zé)

工作職責(zé):

1.負(fù)責(zé)產(chǎn)品交付中心各單位設(shè)備、資產(chǎn)管理相關(guān)的組織及考核;

2.負(fù)責(zé)中心設(shè)備管理體系建設(shè),編制、修訂相關(guān)制度及表單等;

3.負(fù)責(zé)各單位資產(chǎn)管理以及設(shè)備運(yùn)行動(dòng)態(tài)管理,指標(biāo)考核,協(xié)調(diào)解決各單位設(shè)備管理問題;

4.負(fù)責(zé)中心各單位TPM活動(dòng)的策劃、推行、輔導(dǎo)及檢查;

5.負(fù)責(zé)中心MES系統(tǒng)設(shè)備模塊功能測(cè)試、基礎(chǔ)數(shù)據(jù)維護(hù)以及輔導(dǎo)培訓(xùn)

任職資格:

1.本科以上,機(jī)械類專業(yè)畢業(yè);

2.5年以上相關(guān)工作經(jīng)驗(yàn);

3.掌握生產(chǎn)/測(cè)試設(shè)備的理論和技術(shù)細(xì)節(jié);

4.掌握設(shè)備全壽命周期內(nèi)各項(xiàng)業(yè)務(wù)了內(nèi)容,能建立設(shè)備標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化管理系統(tǒng);

5.有能力組織和實(shí)施設(shè)備管理活動(dòng)開展
