?Communicatewithnetworkprovidersforbillingissue,adminissueandsolvecustomercomplaints
?CollectandchecktheclaimsinBeijingpublichospitalseverymonth
?Updateandmaintainnetworkproviderinformationandsharedocumentsinnetworkteameverymonth,includingbutnotlimitedtobi-monthlynewsletter,monthlyrevampingdirectbillingproviderlist(internalandexternal),noticetoGlobalnetworkteamandChinateam.

任職要求:
?Collegegraduatewith2-3+yearsofexperienceworkinginhealthinsuranceorhealthcareindustry.Medicalbackgroundisnecessary.
?FluentinEnglishandMandarininwriting,readingandverbal;otherChinesedialectspreferred.
?Stronginfluencingskillsandtheabilitytoworkinacomplexhighlymatrixedenvironment,includingbalancingprioritiesofmultipleorganizationstodeliverresults.Dependencyoninterdepartmentalresourcesthatmaybe“matrixedrelationships”toresolvekeyserviceissues.
