機(jī)械維修工程師機(jī)械維修技術(shù)員崗位職責(zé):

?AssistMaintenancemechanicalsupervisorbuildingupmaintenanceteamandinlinewithsitevision.

協(xié)助機(jī)械維修主管組建維修團(tuán)隊(duì),實(shí)現(xiàn)工廠(chǎng)的愿景。

?Duringprojectphase,supportprojectteaminequipmentconstruction,commissioningjob,forexample,constructionqualityinspection,vendorworkshopinspectionandFactoryAcceptanceTest.

在項(xiàng)目施工階段,協(xié)助項(xiàng)目團(tuán)隊(duì)完成設(shè)備安裝,試車(chē)的工作。如設(shè)備安裝質(zhì)量的檢查,設(shè)備制造商廠(chǎng)內(nèi)檢查和驗(yàn)收。

?Duringprojectphase,supportmechanicalsupervisorcompletetheD1Rplan.Forexample,developtheequipmentmaintenanceprocedure,mechanicaltechniciantrainingmaterialandcollectSAPmasterdata.

在項(xiàng)目階段,協(xié)助機(jī)械主管完成D1R的計(jì)劃任務(wù)。如,編寫(xiě)設(shè)備維修程序、機(jī)械技師的培訓(xùn)材料、整理錄入SAP主數(shù)據(jù)。

?Duringplantnormaloperationphase,completeplantdaytodayrepairmaintenancejobassignedbySAPworkorder.UploadtherepairrecordtoSAPPMSystem.

在工廠(chǎng)正常運(yùn)行階段,依照SAP工單的安排,完成每天設(shè)備維護(hù)維修的工作。在SAP系統(tǒng)中做好維修記錄。

?Duringplantshutdownperiod,completeplantturnaroundmaintenancejobasplan.

工廠(chǎng)停工階段,按照停工檢修計(jì)劃完成大修工作。

?Asatrainer,trainandcoachjuniorpeersandcontractors,improvetheirprofessionalknowledgeandskill.

作為一名培訓(xùn)師,培訓(xùn)和指導(dǎo)年輕同事和承包商,提高他們的專(zhuān)業(yè)知識(shí)和技能。

作為一名設(shè)備維修專(zhuān)家,提供現(xiàn)場(chǎng)維修技術(shù)支持。

對(duì)維修質(zhì)量進(jìn)行監(jiān)督、控制和檢驗(yàn)。

?Assistingsupervisortoanalysestherootcauseofequipmentdefects,givesuggestionandcarryoutofdefectsimprovement.

協(xié)助主管分析故障原因,提出設(shè)備改進(jìn)方法、實(shí)施改進(jìn)措施。

吃苦耐勞,根據(jù)工廠(chǎng)需求進(jìn)行加班及緊急搶修。

協(xié)助機(jī)械維修主管管理維修間,保證維修間內(nèi)的設(shè)備和工具完好備用,做好維修間內(nèi)的清潔衛(wèi)生工作。

完成主管安排的其他工作。

任職資格:

?Atleast10+yearsmaintenanceworkingexperienceinachemicalplantorpetrochemicalplant.

至少10年以上化工廠(chǎng)及石化廠(chǎng)機(jī)械維修經(jīng)驗(yàn)。

?Familiarwiththetroubleshootingandmaintenanceofreactorswithagitator.Astherepairingleader,leadtherepairteamtorepairtheagitator,gearboxandreactor

熟悉帶攪拌的反應(yīng)器的故障判斷和維修,擔(dān)任過(guò)反應(yīng)器攪拌的主修,帶領(lǐng)維修小組完成攪拌、齒輪箱和反應(yīng)器的檢修

?Familiarwiththepelletizertroubleshootingandmaintenance.Astherepairingleader,leadtherepairteamtorepairthepelletizer

熟悉切粒機(jī)的故障判斷和維修,擔(dān)任過(guò)切粒機(jī)的主修,帶領(lǐng)維修小組完成切粒機(jī)的檢修

熟悉離心式壓縮機(jī)故障判斷及維修。擔(dān)任過(guò)離心式壓縮機(jī)主修,帶領(lǐng)維修小組完成離心式壓縮機(jī)拆修。

?Familiarwiththerotatingequipmenttroubleshootingandmaintenance,suchasAPIpumps,cannedpump,highspeedpump,gearpump,screwfeeder,diaphragmpump,rootsblower;familiarwithstaticsequipmentinspectionprocedureandrepairprocedure,suchaspressurevessel,tubularheatexchangerandpressurepipelineinspection,stopleakonline,pipingandvalveinstallationandrepair.

熟悉轉(zhuǎn)動(dòng)設(shè)備的維修及故障處理,例如API泵、屏蔽泵、高速泵、齒輪泵、螺桿喂料機(jī)、隔膜泵、羅茨風(fēng)機(jī)等;熟悉靜設(shè)備檢查規(guī)范和修理方法,例如壓力容器、管殼式換熱器檢修、帶壓堵漏,管道和閥門(mén)的安裝維修。

?Experienceofmaintenanceproceduredevelopment.Forexample:Cannedpumpandhighpressurepumpmaintenanceprocedure.

有設(shè)備維修程序編寫(xiě)經(jīng)驗(yàn)。例如具有編寫(xiě)屏蔽泵和離心泵維修規(guī)程的經(jīng)驗(yàn)。

?GoodEnglishreadingability.ReadingEnglishequipmentmanual.

良好的英語(yǔ)閱讀能力,能看懂設(shè)備英文資料。

溝通能力強(qiáng),良好的同事關(guān)系和團(tuán)隊(duì)合作精神。

中專(zhuān)及以上學(xué)校畢業(yè),化工機(jī)械或機(jī)械專(zhuān)業(yè)背景.
