管理系統專員崗位職責

職責描述:

1.負責維護設備潤滑管理SAAS系統中,所需的各項數據模板、管理模板,滿足行業管理特征。

2.負責遠程通過:在線客戶、視頻、遠程協助等方式,對SAAS系統的使用用戶進行應用指導。

3.負責設備潤滑管理SAAS系統售前售后技術支持,負責標桿客戶現場的系統應用實施現場指導。

4.負責標桿客戶現場售前售后技術支持,包括:方案演示、客戶培訓,應用答疑,需求匯總等。

5.負責協助標桿客戶制定系統實施計劃,指導客戶不同角色人員熟練使用系統。

6.負責協助標桿客戶,完成系統中基礎數據設置,完善所需的各項管理模板。

7.負責標桿客戶的定期回訪,進行應用指導,并客戶真實反饋信息,為系統優化提供依據。

任職要求:

1.35歲以下,大專以上學歷,機械、互聯網等相關專業。

2.有1年以上工廠各類管理軟件應用實施經驗,或工業SAAS類軟件實施經驗。

3.熟悉工廠設備管理:潤滑、點檢、保護、維修、備件等,對設備潤滑管理熟悉了解。

4.具備以下經驗之一者優先考慮:

A、有工廠設備管理系統、潤滑管理相關工作經驗。

B、熟悉了解工廠軟件實施流程,以下系統實施經驗:ERP、WMS、TMS、MES、SCM….

C、在大型工廠“設備管理部門”有從業經歷。

D、在“工業互聯網”、“自動化工控”型技術型企業、互聯網企業有從業經歷。
