管理系統(tǒng)專員崗位職責(zé)

職責(zé)描述:

1.負(fù)責(zé)維護(hù)設(shè)備潤滑管理SAAS系統(tǒng)中,所需的各項數(shù)據(jù)模板、管理模板,滿足行業(yè)管理特征。

2.負(fù)責(zé)遠(yuǎn)程通過:在線客戶、視頻、遠(yuǎn)程協(xié)助等方式,對SAAS系統(tǒng)的使用用戶進(jìn)行應(yīng)用指導(dǎo)。

3.負(fù)責(zé)設(shè)備潤滑管理SAAS系統(tǒng)售前售后技術(shù)支持,負(fù)責(zé)標(biāo)桿客戶現(xiàn)場的系統(tǒng)應(yīng)用實施現(xiàn)場指導(dǎo)。

4.負(fù)責(zé)標(biāo)桿客戶現(xiàn)場售前售后技術(shù)支持,包括:方案演示、客戶培訓(xùn),應(yīng)用答疑,需求匯總等。

5.負(fù)責(zé)協(xié)助標(biāo)桿客戶制定系統(tǒng)實施計劃,指導(dǎo)客戶不同角色人員熟練使用系統(tǒng)。

6.負(fù)責(zé)協(xié)助標(biāo)桿客戶,完成系統(tǒng)中基礎(chǔ)數(shù)據(jù)設(shè)置,完善所需的各項管理模板。

7.負(fù)責(zé)標(biāo)桿客戶的定期回訪,進(jìn)行應(yīng)用指導(dǎo),并客戶真實反饋信息,為系統(tǒng)優(yōu)化提供依據(jù)。

任職要求:

1.35歲以下,大專以上學(xué)歷,機械、互聯(lián)網(wǎng)等相關(guān)專業(yè)。

2.有1年以上工廠各類管理軟件應(yīng)用實施經(jīng)驗,或工業(yè)SAAS類軟件實施經(jīng)驗。

3.熟悉工廠設(shè)備管理:潤滑、點檢、保護(hù)、維修、備件等,對設(shè)備潤滑管理熟悉了解。

4.具備以下經(jīng)驗之一者優(yōu)先考慮:

A、有工廠設(shè)備管理系統(tǒng)、潤滑管理相關(guān)工作經(jīng)驗。

B、熟悉了解工廠軟件實施流程,以下系統(tǒng)實施經(jīng)驗:ERP、WMS、TMS、MES、SCM….

C、在大型工廠“設(shè)備管理部門”有從業(yè)經(jīng)歷。

D、在“工業(yè)互聯(lián)網(wǎng)”、“自動化工控”型技術(shù)型企業(yè)、互聯(lián)網(wǎng)企業(yè)有從業(yè)經(jīng)歷。
