傳輸產品經理崗位職責
職責描述:
發掘ICT信息化建設項目機會點,篩選出價值項目,對關鍵客戶提供售前技術交流、撰寫技術方案、組織POC售前測試、輸出配置報價、組織下級渠道合作伙伴技術培訓和交流。推動或組織團隊完成區域市場分析、項目管理和客戶關系管理、達成上級下達的銷售業績目標、MBO目標。
任職要求:
1.具有積極樂觀的工作態度和生活態度、有積極的團隊合作態度、責任心強;
2.具有WDM/OTN/SDH相關售后、或售前工作2年以上經驗;
3.具有良好的客戶溝通、需求分析能力,能夠根據客戶需求撰寫相關產品技術方案;
4.掌握華為、或中興、或烽火、或貝爾等光傳送網絡產品的技術方案;
5.具備相關技術認證,優先考慮具有華為HCNP/HCIE認證資質。

光傳輸產品崗位職責
1.負責光傳輸產品的技術支持,客戶服務。
2.根據客戶要求實施光傳輸網絡的業務配置,完成業務的開通和割接。
3.診斷和處理光傳輸網絡的技術故障。
4.對用戶的網絡進行定期巡檢,提出優化措施,并執行。
要求:
1.學歷:大學本科,通信工程、電子工程、計算機相關專業
2.語言:英語四級以上,聽說讀寫熟練
3.工作經歷:應屆畢業生或者有2-3年的光傳輸產品相關工作經驗。熟悉Lunix/Unix安裝和路由交換配置優先
4.其他要求:具有極強的責任心和團隊合作意識,有良好的溝通和表達能力,較強的分析和解決問題的能力。
5.能適應國內或國際出差。
