職責(zé)描述:

發(fā)掘ICT信息化建設(shè)項(xiàng)目機(jī)會(huì)點(diǎn),篩選出價(jià)值項(xiàng)目,對(duì)關(guān)鍵客戶提供售前技術(shù)交流、撰寫技術(shù)方案、組織POC售前測試、輸出配置報(bào)價(jià)、組織下級(jí)渠道合作伙伴技術(shù)培訓(xùn)和交流。推動(dòng)或組織團(tuán)隊(duì)完成區(qū)域市場分析、項(xiàng)目管理和客戶關(guān)系管理、達(dá)成上級(jí)下達(dá)的銷售業(yè)績目標(biāo)、MBO目標(biāo)。

任職要求:

1.具有積極樂觀的工作態(tài)度和生活態(tài)度、有積極的團(tuán)隊(duì)合作態(tài)度、責(zé)任心強(qiáng);

2.具有WDM/OTN/SDH相關(guān)售后、或售前工作2年以上經(jīng)驗(yàn);

3.具有良好的客戶溝通、需求分析能力,能夠根據(jù)客戶需求撰寫相關(guān)產(chǎn)品技術(shù)方案;

4.掌握華為、或中興、或烽火、或貝爾等光傳送網(wǎng)絡(luò)產(chǎn)品的技術(shù)方案;

5.具備相關(guān)技術(shù)認(rèn)證,優(yōu)先考慮具有華為HCNP/HCIE認(rèn)證資質(zhì)。

光傳輸產(chǎn)品崗位職責(zé)

1.負(fù)責(zé)光傳輸產(chǎn)品的技術(shù)支持,客戶服務(wù)。

2.根據(jù)客戶要求實(shí)施光傳輸網(wǎng)絡(luò)的業(yè)務(wù)配置,完成業(yè)務(wù)的開通和割接。

3.診斷和處理光傳輸網(wǎng)絡(luò)的技術(shù)故障。

4.對(duì)用戶的網(wǎng)絡(luò)進(jìn)行定期巡檢,提出優(yōu)化措施,并執(zhí)行。

要求:

1.學(xué)歷:大學(xué)本科,通信工程、電子工程、計(jì)算機(jī)相關(guān)專業(yè)

2.語言:英語四級(jí)以上,聽說讀寫熟練

3.工作經(jīng)歷:應(yīng)屆畢業(yè)生或者有2-3年的光傳輸產(chǎn)品相關(guān)工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)。熟悉Lunix/Unix安裝和路由交換配置優(yōu)先

4.其他要求:具有極強(qiáng)的責(zé)任心和團(tuán)隊(duì)合作意識(shí),有良好的溝通和表達(dá)能力,較強(qiáng)的分析和解決問題的能力。
