負責解決CDN產(chǎn)品現(xiàn)網(wǎng)疑難問題,深入分析,從根本上解決問題。
負責梳理提煉客戶使用騰訊云CDN產(chǎn)品的建議和需求,推動客戶訴求的落地。
參與技術(shù)方案和系統(tǒng)設計評審,掌握相關(guān)的技術(shù)架構(gòu)和原理,能夠根據(jù)客戶需求提供專業(yè)的解決方案。
通過培訓,知識庫建設,工具平臺建設,流程優(yōu)化等手段,提升一線服務團隊專業(yè)度。
任職要求:
本科及以上學歷,計算機及相關(guān)專業(yè),3年以上工作經(jīng)驗;
有CDN平臺架構(gòu)設計、運維經(jīng)驗或大規(guī)模基礎服務平臺架構(gòu)設計、運維經(jīng)驗,深入理解CDN原理;
熟悉TCP/IP協(xié)議,HTTP協(xié)議,具備包括集群,操作系統(tǒng)相關(guān)領(lǐng)域的知識,了解流媒體CDN分發(fā)原理,flv/hls/RTMP等應用技術(shù);
熟悉Linux操作系統(tǒng)及基于Linux的常見應用,能夠快速部署,配置及排錯;
