2、進行焊條烘干、零件預(yù)熱，焊渣清除，必要時進行焊后熱處理，并做好焊接記錄，確保焊接質(zhì)量；

3、焊接完成后，檢驗夾渣、未焊透現(xiàn)象，及時進行補焊、重焊；

4、定期對焊機、箱式爐、烘干爐進行維護保養(yǎng)，獨立或配合其他人完成焊接設(shè)備的維修。

1)Reviewingandmodifyingmaterialspecificationandsupervisinglaboratorytoevaluateandconfirmthephysicalandchemicalspecificationofrawmaterialincludingcladdedsheetandaluminumcoils,barsandsoon;Communicatingwithsuppliersregardingthematerialqualityproblems;

2)Validationlowpressureandmediumpressurecores,analysestheconceptionofcores;

3)ValidationoftechnicaldrawingsfromFrenchandChinesedesigndepartment;

4)Validatingdesignatearlystage.Follow-upandtestcoreswithnewdesigns.

5)Preparing/Reviewingthesketchofstackingandbrazinglayers;
