釬焊工程師崗位職責

職責描述:

1)Reviewingandmodifyingmaterialspecificationandsupervisinglaboratorytoevaluateandconfirmthephysicalandchemicalspecificationofrawmaterialincludingcladdedsheetandaluminumcoils,barsandsoon;Communicatingwithsuppliersregardingthematerialqualityproblems;

2)Validationlowpressureandmediumpressurecores,analysestheconceptionofcores;

3)ValidationoftechnicaldrawingsfromFrenchandChinesedesigndepartment;

4)Validatingdesignatearlystage.Follow-upandtestcoreswithnewdesigns.

5)Preparing/Reviewingthesketchofstackingandbrazinglayers;

6)Whenitisnecessary,responsiblefordesigningtoolsandfixturestofixthepartswhileitisbrazing;calculating,reviewingcompressiondataforeachcorebeforebrazingandmanagingspringdata.

7)Defining,reviewingandupdatingtheStandardOperationProceduresofstackingandbrazing,preparing,reviewingandupdatingthebrazingparameters,suchascold/heatingvacuumlevel,heatinguptime,stabilizationtime,brazingtimeandcoolingtime;settingupandimprovingthelayoutforthermocouples;Optimizingthebrazingcyclesandworkingonthecontinuouslyimprovethebrazingprocess.

8)Following-upandvalidatingqualityofoperationbeforebrazing;involvinginbrazingqualityproblemanalyzingandproposingactionstoimprovethebrazingquality;

9)SupportingBrazing/Stackingsupervisorthetechnicalaspectsduringthedailyworking;supervisingandmonitoringthefurnacesworkingparameterstoensuretheSOPsarestrictlyfollowed;Assistingthebrazerstosolvetechnicalproblemsduringbrazing;

任職要求:

篇3:釬焊工程師崗位職責

1、根據焊接工藝指導書，選擇合適的焊接工藝和原材料，進行產品零件、設備的焊接；

2、進行焊條烘干、零件預熱，焊渣清除，必要時進行焊后熱處理，并做好焊接記錄，確保焊接質量；

3、焊接完成后，檢驗夾渣、未焊透現象，及時進行補焊、重焊；

4、定期對焊機、箱式爐、烘干爐進行維護保養，獨立或配合其他人完成焊接設備的維修。
