2、進(jìn)行焊條烘干、零件預(yù)熱，焊渣清除，必要時(shí)進(jìn)行焊后熱處理，并做好焊接記錄，確保焊接質(zhì)量；

3、焊接完成后，檢驗(yàn)夾渣、未焊透現(xiàn)象，及時(shí)進(jìn)行補(bǔ)焊、重焊；

4、定期對焊機(jī)、箱式爐、烘干爐進(jìn)行維護(hù)保養(yǎng)，獨(dú)立或配合其他人完成焊接設(shè)備的維修。
