篇3:起重機械傳動系統的檢查規定

1、離合器接合應平穩、傳遞動力應有效，分離應徹底;

2、各傳動部件運轉不應有沖擊、振動、發熱和漏油;

3、齒輪箱內齒輪嚙合應完好，油量適當;

4、工作時，齒輪箱不應有異常響聲、振動、發熱和漏油;

5、變速箱檔位應正確，換檔應輕便;

6、聯軸器零件不應有缺損;連接不應松動，運轉時不得有劇烈撞擊聲;

7、卷筒上的鋼絲繩排列應整齊;

8、齒輪箱地腳螺栓、殼體連接螺栓不應有松動、缺損;

9、減速齒輪箱運轉不得有異響，溫升應符合說明書的規定。
