篇2:業(yè)務(wù)分析師崗位職責(zé)

業(yè)務(wù)分析師工作職責(zé):

1、負(fù)責(zé)客服中心相關(guān)業(yè)務(wù)相關(guān)數(shù)據(jù)搜集、分析及匯報(bào)工作;

2、深入了解業(yè)務(wù)進(jìn)行業(yè)務(wù)關(guān)鍵監(jiān)控指標(biāo)設(shè)立,對(duì)應(yīng)搭建指標(biāo)預(yù)警體系,并對(duì)異常提出對(duì)應(yīng)解決方案;

3、基于業(yè)務(wù)輸出客服中心相關(guān)業(yè)務(wù)數(shù)據(jù)分析報(bào)告,以數(shù)據(jù)分析結(jié)果驅(qū)動(dòng)前端生產(chǎn);

4、通過(guò)對(duì)于客戶VOC搜集分析,計(jì)劃性的對(duì)內(nèi)外部輸出客戶VOC報(bào)告,驅(qū)動(dòng)客戶體驗(yàn)提升;

5、負(fù)責(zé)內(nèi)部員工反饋業(yè)務(wù)改善問(wèn)題收集、分析及提報(bào),并推動(dòng)問(wèn)題改善落地;

任職要求:

1、大專及以上學(xué)歷,3年以上呼叫中心數(shù)據(jù)分析及業(yè)務(wù)分析工作經(jīng)驗(yàn);

2、具有良好的成本及用戶體驗(yàn)意識(shí);

3、較強(qiáng)的項(xiàng)目推進(jìn)能力,優(yōu)秀的溝通表達(dá)能力和團(tuán)隊(duì)合作精神;

4、較強(qiáng)的承壓能力,可以適用高強(qiáng)度工作壓力。

任職要求

2、具有較強(qiáng)的文案功底及創(chuàng)新意識(shí),思維活躍;
