Yourmissionandresponsibilities:

Responsibleforthemaintenanceandoperationofproductionprocessandlaboratoryequipment.Suchasautoclave,partswasher,COP,floorscale,fillinglineequipmentandqualitycontrolequipment.

負責生產工藝以及實驗室設備的維護保養和運行。如滅菌柜,清洗機,COP,地秤,灌裝線設備及質量控制設備等。

Makeplanandcompleteequipmentpreventivemaintenanceworkregularly.

制定計劃并按期完成設備預防性維護工作。

CarryoutequipmentinspectionregularlyaccordingtoSOP,analyze,judgeanddealwithabnormalsituationofequipment,andmakerecords.

按SOP要求定期進行設備巡檢,分析、判斷和處理設備異常情況,并做好記錄。

Participateinequipmentinstallation,commissioning,equipmentmaintenancetraining.

參與設備現場安裝、調試、設備維護培訓。

Replaceconsumables,suchasreplacinggasket,tubing,etc.

更換易耗品,如更換密封墊圈,軟管等。

TomakesureCAPAcompleteontimebasedonmaintenanceplan.Inthemeanwhile,toachivemaintenancerecordsincludinghardcopyandsoftcopy.

確保預防及糾正措施及時按計劃完成,同時歸檔紙質及電子類的維護文檔。

Managesparepartstolimitrisk.

管理備品備件。

SupporttheEngineeringprocurement,validation,calibration.

支持來工程部的采購,驗證及校準工作。

Yourqualificationsandexperiences:

2+years’experienceinengineeringroutinemaintenanceinManufacturingplantinacGMPindustry;preferablyinamedicaldiagnosticorPharma.

至少2年在cGMP工廠工程部日常運行維護相關工作經驗,診斷或者醫藥行業經驗優先考慮。

Demonstratedabilitytobuildstrongrelationshipsandpartnershipswithbothinternalcustomersandexternalservicepartners.

具備維護內部及外部合作關系的能力。

FamiliarwithGMPrequirementtoengineering.

熟悉GMP要求對工程系統的要求。

BasicEnglishwritingandoralskill,FluentinEnglishisaplus.

基本英文口語及書寫能力,英文流利更佳。

Atradelicenseisaplus(forexample,electricianorMEP).

生產實習培訓處在分管校長的領導下,負責生產實習教學和社會青工培訓任務的實施管理工作,其職責范圍如下:

1、在以教學為主、教學生產相結合的前提下,根據學校工作計劃的要求,組織制訂生產實習培訓處的發展規劃和學年(學期)工作計劃,努力做到既出產品,又出人才。

2、配合教務處負責實習教學的安排、管理和實施工作。根據教學大綱的要求,制訂各種實習教學學年(學期)授課計劃。組織實習指導教師開展教研活動,搞好備課、上課、指導作業、試件分析、成績考核、信息反饋等各個教學環節的管理工作,不斷提高實習教學質量。

物業給排水(管道)技工安全生產職責

1、負責冷熱供水系統、排水系統、消防水系統設備的安全運行管理和維修保養。

2、熟悉給排水系統(各種水泵、管道、閥門、控制設施)和各種機械設備、供氣供水設備的結構、性能等情況,掌握安全生產操作規程和維護保養知識。做到判斷故障準確、維修快捷、確保各種機械設備始終處于安全完好狀態。

3、遵守公司安全生產規章制度,嚴格執行設備保養制度及操作規程,接到日常維修通知要迅速及時到位,維修工作完成后,認真填寫維修通知單。

4、必須按巡檢制度所規定的時間和巡檢線路進行認真巡檢,凡有故障的設備維修,及時報告部門領導安排處理,做好巡查記錄并存檔保管。

5、做好應急(漏氣、漏水、污水外溢等)搶修工作,接到應急報告迅速奔赴現場,及時進行搶修,重大泄漏應在領導和工程師的指導下,積極進行搶修,確保正常工作。
