2.CompanyDevelopment/ChangeManagement:

-Responsibleforallgovernmentapprovalsinregardsthewholeconstructionprocess(constructionapprovaluntilbuildingownershipcertificate)

-Responsibleforabidethewholedefaultinvestmentbudgetfortheprojectsgivenfromthegroupmanagement

-Finalbuildingacceptancefromthegovernmentandthemanufacturerforgrandopening

-Responsibleforthewholeprojectimplementationandspecifyimplementationmeasures

-Responsibleforcompanyregistrationsandobtainallthebusinesslicenses

-Toanalysethecurrentsituation(marketpositionofthecompany,competition,customerstructure,etc.)andidentifystrengths/weaknesses

篇3:品牌汽車4S店總經(jīng)理崗位職責(zé)任職要求

品牌汽車4S店總經(jīng)理崗位職責(zé)

崗位職責(zé):

負責(zé)4S店的所有運營工作。

1、負責(zé)策劃4S店經(jīng)營管理方案及其組織實施,并定期就經(jīng)營情況向集團公司匯報;

2、負責(zé)品牌汽車4S店的整體運營工作,協(xié)助提升公司的整體銷售能力和售后服務(wù)能力;

3、根據(jù)汽車市場發(fā)展和公司的戰(zhàn)略規(guī)劃,組織制定年度預(yù)算及年度工作計劃并分解成月工作計劃,通過檢查、調(diào)控、監(jiān)督和考核等過程管理,保障各項計劃及指標的完成;

4、組織汽車市場調(diào)研工作,根據(jù)市場變化及時調(diào)整各項計劃,挖掘市場潛力,擴大市場份額;

5、對商業(yè)運營、人力資源、財務(wù)、客戶服務(wù)等4S店管理運作進行日常管理以及高質(zhì)量的成本控制;

6、完善汽車4S店各項管理,健全崗位職責(zé)目標、持續(xù)改進各項業(yè)務(wù)流程,對經(jīng)營過程實施有效地監(jiān)督、指導(dǎo)、考核;;

7、建立客戶資源檔案,定期向公司相關(guān)部門提交客戶狀況分析報告;

8、做好本店隊伍培訓(xùn)及建設(shè)工作,不斷提高員工素質(zhì);

9、懂銷售、售后、客服、配件管理工作流程。

任職資格:

教育背景:全日制大學(xué)專科及以上學(xué)歷。

工作經(jīng)驗:10年以上汽車行業(yè)工作經(jīng)驗,3年以上日系高端品牌汽車4S店管理工作經(jīng)驗。

素質(zhì)要求:具備相當(dāng)?shù)慕M織管理能力,管理思路清晰,能清晰準確的理解上級指示命令,有發(fā)現(xiàn)問題、分析問題和解決問題的能力。

專業(yè)知識:具備一定的銷售、售后管理、員工管理工作技能,具備優(yōu)秀的客戶服務(wù)意識。

技能要求:要求有駕照,具備電腦使用及文書處理能力電腦,office使用熟練,普通話標準、流利。

個性要求:善于人交流溝通,具備強烈的工作責(zé)任感。
