1.主要負責(zé)資產(chǎn)評估項目,能獨立組織完成評估項目的工作

2.負責(zé)項目的限產(chǎn)勘查和調(diào)查

3.負責(zé)起草評估報告,并能夠達到規(guī)范要求,在經(jīng)理指導(dǎo)下完成項目報告并達到規(guī)范要求

4.勝任整體企業(yè)價值評估及各類無形資產(chǎn)評估工作

5.能為項目團隊其他成員提供技術(shù)和專業(yè)經(jīng)驗的幫助

6.可以與團隊其他成員有良好的團隊協(xié)作能力

7.收集與資產(chǎn)評估相關(guān)的行業(yè)資料,能妥善處理與客戶、其他中介機構(gòu)、項目組成員的關(guān)系

任職要求:

1.財經(jīng)、機械設(shè)備、土建類、工程造價、資產(chǎn)評估等相關(guān)專業(yè),本科及以上學(xué)歷

2.中英文流利,具備CFA,CPV等估值相關(guān)執(zhí)業(yè)資格者優(yōu)先

3.一到三年資產(chǎn)評估公司或相關(guān)工作經(jīng)驗,有大中型會計事務(wù)所工作經(jīng)歷優(yōu)先考慮

4.熟練操作計算機辦公軟件,熟練掌握最新審計、評估準則、企業(yè)會計準則及相關(guān)法律法規(guī)

5.具有良好的人際溝通和協(xié)調(diào)能力、敬業(yè)精神、團隊合作精神及良好的職業(yè)道德

6.可以適應(yīng)加班需求及出差需求

KeyResponsibilities:

-AssistthegrowthanddevelopmentofthevaluationbusinessinChina;and

-Performanyotherdutiesbydirectsupervisor.

Requirements:

-Graduatedegreeinrealestate,business,economics,finance,accounting

-FluentinbothMandarinandEnglish,CFA,CPVqualificationorotherrelatedprofessionalqualificationsuchasASA,RICS,CPAorotherbusinessvaluationrelateddesignationsisanadvantage

-1-3yearsofexperiencesinbusinessvaluation,investmentanalysis,corporatefinance,securitypricing,auditwithinternationalaccountingfirms/consultingfirms/investmentbanks/privateequityfirms/MNCs

-ExcellentknowledgeinfinancialmodellingwithExcelfordiscountedcash-flowanalysis,pricingofderivativesandotherfinancialinstruments

-Highinitiativewithgoodteamwork;and

-DomestictravelwillbeexpectedonassignmentswithintheChina
