任職要求:1、至少1年以上管理10人以上客服團隊的經(jīng)驗;在互聯(lián)網(wǎng)公司工作過優(yōu)先考慮;

2、英語聽說讀寫精通,大學(xué)4/6級證書或者英語專業(yè)4/8級證書;

3、有上進心,抗壓能力執(zhí)行力強,能適應(yīng)互聯(lián)網(wǎng)公司高節(jié)湊工作模式;

4、良好的溝通協(xié)調(diào)能力、培訓(xùn)能力與管理能力;
