雙語物理老師雅力教育上海雅力教育培訓有限公司,雅力教育,雅力工作職責:

1.根據教學內容、學生實際情況和學生的認識規律,精心設計教學程序;

2.耐心研究教學方法及課程內容、授課過程,根據Edexcel(愛德思)教學大綱研究考試方向和考試知識點,定期舉行評教;

3.根據學生不同基礎、不同需求規劃學習方案;

4.及時了解學生成績及心理變化,適時調整和優化教學手段并做好課外輔導;
