崗位職責:

1、IE部門的日常管理(人員管理、職責分工、流程優化、標準建立、績效考核);

2、制訂完整的現場IE改善的行動計劃,并負責執行和推廣;

3、產能評估,資源優化,持續改善生產效率,協助生產線解決問題;

4、標準化分析研究(操作分析,流程分析),確定標準化流程,提高管理效率;

5、制造成本分析,降低報廢成本,制造成本。

任職資格:

1、工業工程/機械設計與自動化/電子相關專業,3年以上IE主管/經理相關工作經驗;

2、熟練運用IE七大手法進行生產改善活動,精通精益生產體系運作,能推行精益生產改善并持續實施;

3、熟悉現場人力管控,有現場5S推行與目視管理推行經驗;

4、擅長項目計劃及統籌、預算控制、資源統籌、質量控制、進度管理;

5、具備獨立開展和組建IE體系的能力;

6、具備識別工廠浪費的能力及改善對策擬定的能力;

7、通過六西格瑪綠帶者優先;

8、有團隊組建與擴充經驗者優先;

9、有日企IE專職工作經驗優先。
