物業(yè)項目保安中心主管崗位職責:
1.熟知項目的各項安全管理規(guī)定和制度。
2.巡視現(xiàn)場、檢查重點、要害部位,組織做好閉店清場工作。
3.協(xié)助公安機關(guān)處理發(fā)生各類治安案件。
4.對員工進行安全知識及防火、防盜、防破壞、防災害事故的培訓工作。
5.指導各部治安專干做好安全防范工作。
6.處理、解決值班期間一切事務。
7.監(jiān)督檢查保安員日常工作盡職情況,組織講評考核。
8.做好本部門會議精神的傳達、落實工作。
9.做好對施工現(xiàn)場的監(jiān)督、檢查管理工作。
10.完成上級安排的其他工作。
