工作描述：
1、負(fù)責(zé)研發(fā)質(zhì)量、生產(chǎn)質(zhì)量、供應(yīng)商質(zhì)量管理；
2、組織研發(fā)及相關(guān)干系人進(jìn)行DFMEA、PFMEA文件編寫；
3、負(fù)責(zé)供應(yīng)商、客戶的質(zhì)量協(xié)議起草、談判及順利簽署質(zhì)量協(xié)議；
4、定期召開項(xiàng)目質(zhì)量會議，并推動相關(guān)部門改進(jìn)，提升產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量；
5、負(fù)責(zé)產(chǎn)品生產(chǎn)、驗(yàn)收（測試和驗(yàn)貨）、交付過程中的質(zhì)量管控；
6、產(chǎn)品上市后主導(dǎo)首返分析，并將措施導(dǎo)入產(chǎn)品生產(chǎn)；
7、制定/維護(hù)質(zhì)量管理相關(guān)流程、標(biāo)準(zhǔn)；
任職資格：
1、本科或碩士及以上學(xué)歷，5年質(zhì)量管理，從事汽車行業(yè)；
2、熟練運(yùn)用質(zhì)量管理的工具與技術(shù)，比如：QC七大手法、DFMEA、8D；
3、具有ODM、OEM工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)，能獨(dú)當(dāng)一面相關(guān)工作能力；
4、有極強(qiáng)的抗壓能力、有團(tuán)隊合作精神；
5、對產(chǎn)品的認(rèn)證有一定了解，比如：CE、FCC、RoHs等（非必須）

Weexpectyoutohaveminimum5years'projectimplementationexperience,pre-salesexperienceisnecessaryandfamiliarwithpharmaceuticalsolutionispreferred,inoneormoreoftheSAPmoduleswithinLogisticsarea,e.g.PP,QM,SDorSRMmodules.Youhaveworkedonlargeprojectsimplementationatadvanced/seniorlevelandhaveeverparticipatedinpre-salesactivities.Youalsohaveseveralyears'experiencewithITservicedeliverymanagement,andprobablyabachelororhigherdegree.Goodlogiconcommunicationskillsismandatory,Englishlanguageispreferred.HavethecertificationsonITIL,PRINCE2orPMPwouldbeanadvantage.
