Responsibilities/Duties

InhisGlobalStudyManagerrole,theStudyManagerIIisaccountabletoensureglobalconsistencyoftheDiaganosticprogramsacrossthedifferentlaboratoryprincipalinvestigatortestingsiteswherethediagnostictrialisconducted.HeisinchargetocoordinatetheregulatoryaspectswiththeappropriateoperationalgroupsincludingMedicalAffairandQualityAssurancedepartments

Generalduties:

?AccountableoftheproperandtimelydeliveryofalltheregionalstudyrelatedaspectsanddeliverablesfromwinstudynoticetotheclosureofthestudybyworkinginclosecollaborationwiththePMGlobalStudyManagerandtheDiagnosticGlobalStudyManagers

?ReviewtheDiagnosticcomponentofstudyStatementofWorktoensurelocalfeasibilityandmakeappropriaterecommendationstotheStudyDesignLeadincollaborationwiththePMGlobalStudyManagerandtheDDSGlobalStudyManager

?ActasaremoteregionalliaisonbetweenGlobalStudyManagerandthevariousinternaldepartmentsinvolvedinthestudy.

?ParticipateinCovanceCLSdevelopmentthroughcontinuousprocessimprovement,qualityandproductivity

?Demonstratethroughappropriateself-organizationtheabilitytomanagehighadministrativeload

?Abletoactefficientlyinanenvironmentwithdynamictimelinesandpriorities

Education/Qualifications

MinimumRequired:

?BSdegreeinBiology,ChemistryorotherLifeScience;orMedicalTechnologistdegree.

Preferred:

?Computerliterate

?Professionalcertification(ASCP,PMPorother)inarea(s)expertise

Experience

MinimumRequired:

?3yearsofclinicallaboratoryexperienceorcustomerserviceexperience,preferableinpharmaceuticalindustry.Experiencewithmultidisciplinarylabbackgroundisaplus.

崗位職責:

1.負責監督、管理網絡營運方面的運營工作,抓好全局工作的計劃性和協調性,定期召開例會,總結前期與布置后期工作;

2.負責微信公眾號、網站、APP等網絡平臺的搭建、后期維護等運營管理,策劃推進及組織協調公司網絡運營計劃,進行市場跟蹤和策略調整,不斷提高公司平臺知名度和用戶粘性;

3.負責管理公司內部管理系統的開發和后期的維護管理;
