參與公司產品測試的全流程,包括參與需求分析、設計評審,制定測試計劃,設計和執行測試用例,進行缺陷跟蹤和軟件質量分析等;
負責提升整個研發團隊的質量意識,落地研發流程實踐
負責構建自動化質量保障體系,通過自動化和工具平臺建設,改善和提高整體研發質量和效率
任職資格
6年以上測試開發工作經驗;
具備扎實的計算機基礎,熟練掌握至少一種編程語言如Java/JavaScript/Python/Shell等,具備良好的代碼能力;
精通各類軟件測試方法和用例設計方法,熟練掌握和應用單元測試、接口測試、系統測試、性能測試等測試手段;
獨立擔任過大型項目測試負責人,能夠通過持續集成或線上質量監控等創新技術手段提升研發效率;
良好的溝通能力和團隊協作能力,能從整個研發的角度出發,對研發流程和研發效率的改善提出方案并推動落地;
