Qualifications
Bachelordegreeorabove

工作目標(biāo):
專家網(wǎng)絡(luò)服務(wù),是指向灼識(shí)的客戶提供與行業(yè)專家進(jìn)行的“溝通”。該溝通可以通過電話進(jìn)行也可以面對(duì)面的進(jìn)行,是一種靈活有效的,互動(dòng)式的獲取行業(yè)最新資訊的方式。我們的客戶涵蓋了國(guó)內(nèi)外的金融投資機(jī)構(gòu),包括投資銀行、私募基金、對(duì)沖基金和共同基金等。我們將依靠強(qiáng)大的行業(yè)知識(shí)及廣泛的專家網(wǎng)絡(luò),保證客戶能在非常短的時(shí)間內(nèi)與合適的專家進(jìn)行對(duì)接。并通過嚴(yán)謹(jǐn)?shù)捻?xiàng)目式管理,對(duì)溝通前、溝通時(shí)及溝通后三個(gè)階段及時(shí)的跟進(jìn),以確保客戶能達(dá)到預(yù)期的溝通效果,迅速進(jìn)行下一步投資決策。
職位描述:
通過現(xiàn)有資源和開拓更多有效渠道協(xié)助項(xiàng)目經(jīng)理完成咨詢項(xiàng)目,按照客戶的需求匹配和招募到專業(yè)背景最符合要求的行業(yè)內(nèi)專家;
通過深入理解項(xiàng)目需求、訪談和匹配專家,為客戶安排與專家的咨詢會(huì)議;
參加線上線下的行業(yè)會(huì)議和行業(yè)展覽,擴(kuò)大和加深行業(yè)知識(shí);
不斷完善現(xiàn)有工作流程,提高服務(wù)客戶的質(zhì)量;
協(xié)助進(jìn)行相應(yīng)行業(yè)熱點(diǎn)研究;
對(duì)于內(nèi)部數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)和系統(tǒng)進(jìn)行完善和整理。
崗位要求:
本科或以上學(xué)歷;
有金融,咨詢行業(yè),獵頭或新聞?dòng)浾吖ぷ鹘?jīng)驗(yàn)者優(yōu)先考慮,也歡迎優(yōu)秀的應(yīng)屆畢業(yè)生;
流利的英語(yǔ)聽說(shuō)讀寫能力,至少CET6;
優(yōu)秀的溝通能力和人際交往能力;
外向,有強(qiáng)烈責(zé)任感,工作積極主動(dòng),勤勞有理想,擁有快速學(xué)習(xí)能力;
熟練使用Microsoft辦公軟件,包括Word,excel,PPT等。
