工作職責:

負責信息流下游戲內容的數據運營工作,包括數據框架、數據功能建設、數據分析;

基于對游戲玩法的深入了解,負責游戲數據與內容標簽的理解工作,提升游戲內容分發效率;

基于游戲內容分發的數據分析和數據管理,制定小組的未來工作規劃和核心競爭力;

與公司內各部門深度合作,溝通協調;

數據整理與匯報;

任職要求:

3年以上游戲運營或互聯網工作經驗,熱愛游戲;

強大的邏輯思維能力,能應對復雜的數據分析邏輯,同時具備獨立解決問題的能力;

深刻理解業務,為業務提供可落地的解決方案;

溝通及抗壓能力強,能夠適應較復雜的合作環境;

強烈的主人翁意識,能夠自我驅動項目進展;

有數據分析相關管理經驗者優先。

1.按產品品類劃分,市場調查分析,尋找熱銷產品,進行數據分析及深度開發。

2.追蹤、搜集、分析、匯總及考察評估新產品的信息。

3.清晰并了解管理的產品線利潤、庫存及銷售相關數據,核算成本,控制新產品的質量風險。

4.根據銷售部提供的新產品開發進行合理有效評估,并合理安排采購。

5.與項目負責人、銷售、客服定期研討產品問題,提出解決方案。

6.產品管理、銷售及新品培訓相關事務。
