-Assistsuperiortodrivetheteamtomeetsalestarget

-Assistsuperiortoincreasemarketawarenessofassignedproductsamongthetravelindustry,corporate&associationsanddirectmarketinthesalesregion.

-Assistsuperiortodevelopnewbusinessmodel,opportunitiesandidentifymarketpotentialstocaptureFITandMICEgroupbusinessfromtravelagents,corporate&associations,E-channelsanddirectmarketofthesalesregion.

-Assistsuperiortosmooththecommunicationandcooperationinternallywithotherofficesandvariousdepartments.

-Assistsuperiortomaintaingoodrelationshipwithrelatedtourismboardandmajorcustomers(travelagentsandcorporate).Topaypersonalvisitand/orentertainwiththosetopexecutiveswhenrequired.

-Assistsuperiortoexploreandworkwithjoint-promotionpartners(suchastravelagents,tourismoffices,airlines…etc.)forimage-buildingand/orcruisebookingcapturingjoint-promotionprojects.Tomaintaingoodrelationshipwiththemisnecessary.

-Toattendingand/orparticipatingwithPRfunctionsinthesalesregiononthebehalfofthecompany.

-Tosupervise(including,training,marketingproject)theactivitiesandservicequalityofthesalesteam.

-Tointroducerelatedproductstotravelagents,corporate&associationsinthesalesregionthroughsalesvisits,productpresentationsandseminarsandsoon.

-Innovatedandcreativeforbusinessapproachingandcommercialsolution.

-Tomonitorcruisepackage,sellingprice,ADandcollateralinthemarket

-Tocollectmarketintelligenceandcustomerfeedbacktosuperior.

-Tosailwithincentivegroupsand/orfamiliarizationgroupswhenrequired.

-TohavebusinesstripswithinChinaorgooverseaswhenrequired.

-ToprepareWeeklySalesPlanandWeeklySalesActivityReporttosuperior.

-Otheradministrativetaskwhenrequired.

Qualifications&Experience

-Collegegraduateorabove

-Min.5yearsofsalesexperience

-Aggressive,self-motivated,independent,service-oriented,teamworkandabletoworkunderpressure.

-Goodinterpersonalandcommunicationskill

-GoodcommandofwrittenEnglishandMandarin.

1.通過各種有效渠道,對所負責航線進行新代理業務開發,建立完善新合作代理資料。

2.發展重點經濟體區域,使航線代理結構健康可持續。

3.為代理增值,通過DDU/DDP等業務與代理互動,加強指定貨銷售管理,使整個航線往價值型貨代發展。

4.設計航線新產品。

5.協助航線經理管理整個航線事務,負責整個航線產、購、銷。

6.人才梯隊培養。

任職資格與要求:

1.男女不限,年齡25-40;

2.本科及以上,有海外學習和工作經驗優先;

3.5年以上海外開發經驗以及3年以上管理經驗;

6.(1)全面掌握行業及產品知識,具有靈敏的市場反應能力;

(2)具有良好的溝通、協調、表達能力,具備較強的應變能力;

(3)銳意進取,敢于開拓,具有嫻熟的營銷技巧;

(4)書面英語佳,口語流利

(5)有國際化思維,善于與外國人打交道。

崗位職責:

1、配合部門負責人安排的日常工作。

2、負責外貿進出口貨物的報送工作。

3、根據客戶委托,將貨物信息錄入操作系統。

4、負責提單的繕制與核對,以及相關航線操作方面的單證往來。

任職要求:
