航空安全主管崗位職責

FacilitySecurityCoordinatorJobSummary

TheFacilitySecurityCoordinatorensuresregulatorycomplianceismaintainedwithallapplicablelawsandregulationsinaccordancewiththeAviationSecuritylegislationandUPSLocalOperatingPlan(LOP)standards.

Thispositionisalsoresponsibleforensuringthedailyoperationalqualityofthefacility'sscreeningprocess,overseeingchainofcustodycontrols,maintainingdocumentationtoprovecompliance,andconductingself-assessmentsatthesite.

Responsibility

1.EnsuresCompliancetoAviationSecurityLegislation

2.ExecutesUPSAviationSecurityLocalOperatingPlan(LOP)

3.ProvidesassistanceduringAviationSecurityOperationIncidents

4.ExecutesQualityAssuranceProgram

5.ActsasContractManagementfor3rdPartyScreeners

6.Preparingforappropriateauthorityaudit,makingtimelyandeffectiveimprovements

7.Improvingorreflectingthedeficienciesofactualpracticewithinternal/nationalaviationsecurityrequirement

8.ResponsibleforthesecurityofDesignatedSecurityAreaandtrainingforrelatedemployees

9.Goodcommunicationwithinternal/externalcustomers,updatethelatestaviationsecurityrequirementtorelatedfunctions

10.Conductingdailysecuritycheck,makingsureeffectiveimplementationofsecurityprocedures,andkeepingthesafetyofaircargo

11.Producingcorrespondingreportinaccordancewiththerequirementofdailyworkandcorrectiveactionplan

12.Completingothertasksthatassignedbycompanyorsupervisor.

Requirement

1.Bachelordegreeorabove.

2.Atleast3yearsrelevantbackgroundorworkingexperienceinAviation,Security,orInternationalLogistic.

3.ExcellentEnglishinwritingandoral.

4.GoodcommandofcomputerskillsinMSoffice.

5.Adaptmeticulousjobrequirements,guaranteetheconfidentiality.

6.Acceptflexibleworkinghourscheme,includingthelong-termovernightshift(21:00-06:00).

崗位職責

1.合理制定公司人力資源規劃;

2.把好招聘錄用關。熟悉人力資源市場動態,分析人力資源成本,適度引進人才,并按照崗位要求,將員工安排到合適崗位,實現人力資源合理配置。

3.了解行業動態,按照實際情況制定培訓計劃,對員工進行培訓開發

4.加強員工管理,做到人盡其才。通過建立制度、實行崗前培訓、在職培訓、任務分配、業務競技、人力開發等方式規范管理,降低作業成本,提高員工效能。

任職要求

1.本科以上學歷,人力資源相關專業畢業,有人力資源師證書優先;

2.本崗位工作經驗5年以上;

3.有自己的招聘渠道,擅長引進人才;
