SalesManager工作職責(zé)崗位職責(zé):

1、負責(zé)進出口相關(guān)單證的制作、管理及信用證審核;

2、收集和整理各種單證,完成送貨單、訂單、提單核對等對單據(jù)的各項處理,并進行基礎(chǔ)數(shù)據(jù)錄入和歸檔;

3、跟蹤每票貨物的送貨情況,統(tǒng)計核對相關(guān)數(shù)據(jù);

4、及時準(zhǔn)確與貨代公司聯(lián)系裝箱,送倉工作;

5、在整個過程中,完成與業(yè)務(wù)員、跟單員以及客戶、貨代各方面的協(xié)調(diào)工作;
