DESCRIPTION:
CustomerExperienceandInfrastructureAnalystwillbeinvolvedwithtransformingITforbusinesscustomerstoenablethemtowininthemarketstheycompete.ThisincludesinterfacingwithlocalandglobalITservicepartnersandCustomerExperienceregionalteams(Americas,EAME,AP)tosupporttheeffectivedeliveryoftechnicalsolutions,processimprovementsandseamlesssupporttopowerourbusinesses.Experiencingabreadthofopportunitiesandskills(infrastructure,applications,businessanalysisandprocessengineering),workingcloselywithbusinesscustomers(Upstream,Downstream,ChemicalandCorporate)tounderstandtheirneedsandaimedatdeliveringincreasedbusinessvaluethroughinnovationandadvancedtechnologywhilesustainingreliability,securityandcontrols,andcosteffectiveness.

篇2:業(yè)務(wù)分析師崗位職責(zé)
業(yè)務(wù)分析師工作職責(zé):
1、負責(zé)客服中心相關(guān)業(yè)務(wù)相關(guān)數(shù)據(jù)搜集、分析及匯報工作;
2、深入了解業(yè)務(wù)進行業(yè)務(wù)關(guān)鍵監(jiān)控指標(biāo)設(shè)立,對應(yīng)搭建指標(biāo)預(yù)警體系,并對異常提出對應(yīng)解決方案;
3、基于業(yè)務(wù)輸出客服中心相關(guān)業(yè)務(wù)數(shù)據(jù)分析報告,以數(shù)據(jù)分析結(jié)果驅(qū)動前端生產(chǎn);
4、通過對于客戶VOC搜集分析,計劃性的對內(nèi)外部輸出客戶VOC報告,驅(qū)動客戶體驗提升;
5、負責(zé)內(nèi)部員工反饋業(yè)務(wù)改善問題收集、分析及提報,并推動問題改善落地;
任職要求:
1、大專及以上學(xué)歷,3年以上呼叫中心數(shù)據(jù)分析及業(yè)務(wù)分析工作經(jīng)驗;
2、具有良好的成本及用戶體驗意識;
3、較強的項目推進能力,優(yōu)秀的溝通表達能力和團隊合作精神;
4、較強的承壓能力,可以適用高強度工作壓力。
篇3:金融策劃分析師崗位職責(zé)
任職要求
1、年齡22-28,性別不限,本科以上學(xué)歷。金融學(xué)、經(jīng)濟學(xué)等相關(guān)專業(yè)優(yōu)先;
2、工作經(jīng)驗:沒有行業(yè)內(nèi)2年以上工作經(jīng)驗者請勿投遞簡歷,以免浪費大家寶貴的時間!
崗位職責(zé)
1、負責(zé)行情策劃和撰寫項目的行情宣傳文案、主導(dǎo)行情策劃宣傳資料;
2、負責(zé)線下、線上報告會,具備開發(fā)培訓(xùn)、授課且能自己開發(fā)課程的長期工作經(jīng)驗;
3、協(xié)助公司銷售團隊做好客戶跟進及維護;
4、與客戶建立良好的關(guān)系,提升客戶的滿意度,維護長期的良好合作關(guān)系;
崗位要求:
1、深層次掌握基本面分析、技術(shù)分析各項理論和資金管理技巧者優(yōu)先;有自己獨特的觀點和想法,但不是執(zhí)著己見;可根據(jù)自己的交易系統(tǒng)和操作理念獨立授課,有過金融行業(yè)培訓(xùn)、授課經(jīng)驗者優(yōu)先,具有一定的營銷思維和意識、做過銷售相關(guān)業(yè)務(wù)工作的優(yōu)先;
2、具有較強的文案功底及創(chuàng)新意識,思維活躍;
3、熟練運用WORD/EXCEL/PPT等文字處理與排版軟件。
