DESCRIPTION:
CustomerExperienceandInfrastructureAnalystwillbeinvolvedwithtransformingITforbusinesscustomerstoenablethemtowininthemarketstheycompete.ThisincludesinterfacingwithlocalandglobalITservicepartnersandCustomerExperienceregionalteams(Americas,EAME,AP)tosupporttheeffectivedeliveryoftechnicalsolutions,processimprovementsandseamlesssupporttopowerourbusinesses.Experiencingabreadthofopportunitiesandskills(infrastructure,applications,businessanalysisandprocessengineering),workingcloselywithbusinesscustomers(Upstream,Downstream,ChemicalandCorporate)tounderstandtheirneedsandaimedatdeliveringincreasedbusinessvaluethroughinnovationandadvancedtechnologywhilesustainingreliability,securityandcontrols,andcosteffectiveness.

基礎分析師崗位
篇2:業務分析師崗位職責
業務分析師工作職責:
1、負責客服中心相關業務相關數據搜集、分析及匯報工作;
2、深入了解業務進行業務關鍵監控指標設立,對應搭建指標預警體系,并對異常提出對應解決方案;
3、基于業務輸出客服中心相關業務數據分析報告,以數據分析結果驅動前端生產;
4、通過對于客戶VOC搜集分析,計劃性的對內外部輸出客戶VOC報告,驅動客戶體驗提升;
5、負責內部員工反饋業務改善問題收集、分析及提報,并推動問題改善落地;
任職要求:
1、大專及以上學歷,3年以上呼叫中心數據分析及業務分析工作經驗;
2、具有良好的成本及用戶體驗意識;
3、較強的項目推進能力,優秀的溝通表達能力和團隊合作精神;
4、較強的承壓能力,可以適用高強度工作壓力。
篇3:金融策劃分析師崗位職責
任職要求
1、年齡22-28,性別不限,本科以上學歷。金融學、經濟學等相關專業優先;
2、工作經驗:沒有行業內2年以上工作經驗者請勿投遞簡歷,以免浪費大家寶貴的時間!
崗位職責
1、負責行情策劃和撰寫項目的行情宣傳文案、主導行情策劃宣傳資料;
2、負責線下、線上報告會,具備開發培訓、授課且能自己開發課程的長期工作經驗;
3、協助公司銷售團隊做好客戶跟進及維護;
4、與客戶建立良好的關系,提升客戶的滿意度,維護長期的良好合作關系;
崗位要求:
1、深層次掌握基本面分析、技術分析各項理論和資金管理技巧者優先;有自己獨特的觀點和想法,但不是執著己見;可根據自己的交易系統和操作理念獨立授課,有過金融行業培訓、授課經驗者優先,具有一定的營銷思維和意識、做過銷售相關業務工作的優先;
2、具有較強的文案功底及創新意識,思維活躍;
3、熟練運用WORD/EXCEL/PPT等文字處理與排版軟件。
