職位描述：
職責(zé)描述：
a.SupportthesupervisoroftheteamtoalignstrategiesandconceptswithinthefieldofCustomerSatisfactionwithallrelatedparties(withinVGC,AudiChina,VWAG,JVs)
b.Develop,initiate,coordinateandpursueconceptsandmeasuresforfuturevehicleprojectstoincreaseproductsatisfactioninallprojects
c.CarryoutdeepdataanalysiswiththehelpofavailabledatasourcesandcreatemeaningfulCustomerrequirementsforChina.
d.SupporttheJointVenturesandfurtherresponsibleVolkswagenGroupdepartmentsinunderstandingthemarketsurveyresultsandrealizingtheiractionplanstoimprovethecustomersatisfaction.
e.Supportactivitiesrelatedtoorganizationof“CuSa”(CustomerSatisfaction)workshopsasandwhenrequired.
