高級銷售工程師(RF射頻產(chǎn)品線)鼎芯無限深圳市鼎芯無限科技有限公司,DXY鼎芯,鼎芯無限,鼎芯崗位職責(zé):
1.重點開拓射頻類相關(guān)客戶,通信,研究所,醫(yī)療,工業(yè),航天航空,北斗;
2、負責(zé)射頻半導(dǎo)體器件的銷售,達成既定的銷售任務(wù),和客戶開拓。有一定的行業(yè)工作經(jīng)驗;
3、根據(jù)公司及部門業(yè)績要求,制定銷售計劃,客戶拜訪計劃,目標(biāo)需求分析,尋找合作機會。配合FAE導(dǎo)入DI,完成DW;
4、完成客戶訂單預(yù)測,備貨,銷售,回款,風(fēng)險可控成交;
5、高效的客戶服務(wù)意識,及時高效的反饋客戶需求信息,解決客戶問題,提高合作的范圍;
6、制定與調(diào)整銷售戰(zhàn)術(shù),有清楚的業(yè)務(wù)開拓方式和計劃,項目管理推進。高效的完成原廠需求的各種客戶分析報告信息回復(fù)。
7、友商產(chǎn)品分析,尋找新的市場合作方向和原廠資源;
8、相關(guān)產(chǎn)品的業(yè)務(wù)專業(yè)知識學(xué)習(xí),團對配合和優(yōu)秀的執(zhí)行力。
任職資格:
1、大專以上學(xué)歷,電子信息,微電子,微波射頻相關(guān)專業(yè);
2、有專業(yè)的射頻學(xué)習(xí)背景或行業(yè)經(jīng)驗(1-3年),最好是有一定的技術(shù)經(jīng)歷;
3、有進步和學(xué)習(xí)的積極意識,能堅持學(xué)習(xí)行業(yè)相關(guān)專業(yè)知識;
4、有獨立的分析和學(xué)習(xí)能力,較強的市場占有率,產(chǎn)品優(yōu)缺點分析能力;
5、強烈的責(zé)任感和敬業(yè)精神。
?6、對射頻功放系統(tǒng)有一定的基礎(chǔ)和認識,對產(chǎn)品特性較為熟悉,有獨立表述產(chǎn)品特性的能力。
