1.Supervisesbusservicesandgeneraladministration.

2.Plan,organiseandmanagetheoutsourcedbusteamtoensurethattheworkisaccomplishedinamannerconsistentwiththeCollege’srequirements.

3.Serveascontactpersonsforalltransportationrelatedmatters.

4.Collaboratewithotherstaffmembersinordertoformulateandimplementpolicies,procedures,goalsandobjectives

5.Monitoroperationsofthetransportationtoensurethatstaffmemberscomplywithadministrativepoliciesandprocedures,safetyrulesandgovernmentregulations.

6.Promotesafeworkactivitiesbyconductingsafetyaudits,attendingsafetymeetingsandmeetingwithteam

7.Supportwithinvestigationtodeterminecausesoftransportationaccidentsandensuresafetyproceduresareimproved.

8.Analyseexpendituresandotherfinancialinformationinordertodevelopplans,policiesandbudgetsforimprovingtransportationservices.

9.Conducttrainingsessionsonsubjectssuchassafety,busregistrationsystemandCollege’sexpectations

10.LiaisewiththeSeniorFacilityandOperationsManager,BursarandHeadmasterandthewiderteaminaneffectiveandefficientmanner,keepingthemabreastofon-goingissues,workprioritiesandprogress

11.Organisationoftransportationservices

?Coordinatedailyprocessesandprocedurestomeetaddressrequestsfromstaff,pupilsandtheirparents

?Developandmonitormechanismsforprioritisingandmanagingtransportationservicesrequestspro-activelyandinatimely,well-communicatedmanner

?CoordinatetheHelpDeskstaffincludingmanagementofworkpriorities,standardsandroster

物業項目服務中心經理助理崗位職責(五)

一、貫徹國家法律法規,遵守公司管理制度,執行公司決策,完成工作目標。

二、熟悉小區管理環境,協助主任抓好各項工作,對各項服務進行指導、監督、協調、分析等,向主任提出合理化建議。

三、組織貫徹實施公司質量方針,組織并協調質量管理體系的建立,制訂并全面督促落實服務質量管理方案,實現質量目標。

四、對各崗位、各項服務內容進行質量監察,預防制止糾正不合格項目,組織落實績效考核,組織學習物業管理知識和崗位操作技能及服務規范,提高員工的服務意識和工作水平。

五、協助主任搞好內部管理和文化建設,建立相對完善的內部管理制度和服務規范,配合主任搞好與員工的工作關系,抓好員工的思想教育,保持工作的穩定和發展。

六、維護好客戶之間的服務關系,定期展開服務調查和服務質量回訪,反饋服務信息,改進服務方法,提高服務質量。

七、對照工作計劃和管理目標,控制各部門、員工的工作進度和狀態,督促檢查落實,確保工作方向正確,工作任務完成。

八、作好服務中心的人事管理工作,作好招聘、面試、錄用、培訓、試用等工作。

九、協助主任處理好相關單位的關系。

十、定期向主任匯報工作,積極完成公司交辦的其他工作。
