篇2:焊接工程師崗位工作職責(zé)

焊接工程師,指從事開(kāi)發(fā)、定制焊接工藝,指導(dǎo)工人作業(yè),維護(hù)焊接設(shè)備的專業(yè)技術(shù)人員。

崗位描述:

1、主要負(fù)責(zé)焊接結(jié)構(gòu)件焊接工藝編制并指導(dǎo)、實(shí)施,提出相關(guān)焊材要求及焊接質(zhì)量的質(zhì)量檢查;

2、對(duì)于生產(chǎn)過(guò)程中所發(fā)生的質(zhì)量問(wèn)題要做好詳細(xì)記錄并且向主管匯報(bào);

3、負(fù)責(zé)改進(jìn)焊接工藝、并控制焊材定額及成本;

4、對(duì)生產(chǎn)過(guò)程中的焊接工藝標(biāo)準(zhǔn)、技術(shù)要點(diǎn)與生產(chǎn)部門(mén)以及公司的外分包單位進(jìn)行技術(shù)交底;

5、編制焊工考試要領(lǐng)書(shū),對(duì)焊工進(jìn)行相關(guān)的上崗培訓(xùn)和技術(shù)業(yè)務(wù)培訓(xùn),配合公司相關(guān)的資質(zhì)維護(hù)工作。

任職資格:

1、大學(xué)本科或以上學(xué)歷;

2、機(jī)械或焊接專業(yè);

3、具有三年以上從事焊接夾具設(shè)計(jì)經(jīng)驗(yàn)(必須);

4、熟悉焊接標(biāo)準(zhǔn),熟悉焊接工藝(氣體保護(hù)焊);

5、熟悉自動(dòng)化弧焊設(shè)備;

6、熟練操作辦公用軟件,二維及三維制圖軟件;

7、思維敏捷,條理清晰;

8、良好的英語(yǔ)讀寫(xiě)水平。
