Education/Experience

1.Universitygraduate,majoringinenvironmentalmanagement,responsiblebusiness(CSR),chemicalengineering,papermakingorMBA.

2.5-10yearsofworkingexperienceinsustainabilityissuesmanagementandsustainabilitystrategiesimplementation,sustainabilityreportingand/orauditingexperienceisaplus;

3.ExtensivesuccessfulnetworkingexperiencewithdifferentstakeholdersrangingfromIndustry,GovernmenttoNGO’s,inChinaandalsowithinternationalexposure.

SpecificKnowledge/Skills

1.Excellentcommunicationsskills-apersonwithsubstanceintheareaofSustainability.AbletoinfluenceandactivelylobbyonsustainabilitymattersingovernmentandNGOs.

2.Cultural/corevaluefitwithSateriwithlongtermobjectives.

AREASOFRESPONSIBILITY

1.CooperatewithrelevantdepartmentsofSateriMillsandleadtheimplementationofthesustainabilitystrategiesandpolicies,forexampleSateriSustainabilityPolicyandPulpSourcingPolicy;

2.Designthesustainabilityreportingframework,cooperatewithalldepartmentsinSaterimillstocollectthedata,andpreparetheSaterisustainabilityreport;

3.Asthesubjectmatterexpert,IdentifythebestpracticecasesinSaterisustainabilityimplementationandprovidethecontenttosupportCorporateCommunicationsandcommunitydevelopmentteams;

4.Intensifyengagementwithlocal,nationalandinternationalNGOs,tradeassociationsandgovernmentagenciesonsustainabilityrelatedissues;

5.WorkwiththeCertificationteamstobethe“goto”resourcetoassistinacquiringandkeepingsustainabilityrelatedthirdpartycertificationse.g.PEFC;

6.Conducttrainingonsustainabilityissues,trendsanddevelopmentandbuildasustainabilityorientedcultureandbeadriverinimplementingsystemsandprocedurestodrivesustainabilityintheorganization;

職位描述

工作職責

1、負責公司決策和要求在部門的貫徹和落實,制定部門年度工作計劃和月度工作計劃并實施;

2、負責部門的團隊建設(shè)、績效考核與提升、工作流程優(yōu)化;

3、負責可持續(xù)發(fā)展部認證項目過程管理,并根據(jù)公司風險控制要求,建立和完善可持續(xù)發(fā)展部的技術(shù)管理制度,并組織技術(shù)專業(yè)知識的培訓;

4、負責對發(fā)生的異常、突發(fā)事件及現(xiàn)場審核出現(xiàn)的問題進行協(xié)調(diào)處理;

5、參與應(yīng)對政府職能部門及行業(yè)監(jiān)管的檢查;

6、領(lǐng)導交代的其他工作任務(wù)。

職位要求

1、本科及以上學歷,2年以上林木業(yè)及相關(guān)企業(yè)技術(shù)、制造、質(zhì)量品質(zhì)管理類工作經(jīng)驗;

2、具有較強的事業(yè)心,有意愿在認證行業(yè)長期發(fā)展;

3、具備較強的創(chuàng)新能力,易于接受新事物、新思想和較強的學習能力;

4、具備較強的奮斗精神,工作積極主動,具有較強的責任心和敬業(yè)精神。
