REQUIREMENTS(EDUCATION/KNOWLEDGE/EXPERIENCE/SKILLS/COMPETENCIES)

1.Bachelor/MasterDegreewithmajorinautomation,mechanical,instrumentationorrelated.

2.Atleast5yearsrelevantworkingexperienceinvalveand/orrelevantindustrysaleswithamultinationalcompany.

3.Excellentknowledgeofpurchasingprocessesandbusinessoperationsofmajorcustomers;ideallyexperiencedindealingwithseniorstakeholdersanddecisionmakersatkeyaccounts

4.Honesty,integrity,diligenceandgoodteamworkspirit.

石油石化行業經理崗位職責

工作職責:

1、主要開拓、跟進、維護區域內能源-石油石化行業客戶,做好客戶管理,建立良好的客戶關系;

2、收集整理行業信息,跟蹤相關項目進度,做好項目可行性分析,提供行業解決方案的集成與包裝,組織項目交流與談判;

3、深度挖掘和分析客戶需求,執行公司銷售策略,積極促成項目成交,完成相關合同簽訂,完成業績指標;

4、提出產品、服務、銷售策略等優化建議。

任職要求:

1、本科及以上學歷,具有5年左右的IT行業銷售經驗,掌握市場營銷理論和專業知識;

2、具有一定的需求挖掘、行業拓展、大客戶管理、大項目運作能力及實際經驗;

3、較強的溝通能力,清晰的工作思路,高效的執行力;

4、有良好的團隊合作精神,具有一定的抗壓力,能適應區域內出差;

5、有石油石化行業客戶資源以及存儲備份產品銷售經驗者優先。
