篇2:市場銷售經理代表崗位職責內容

1.在銷售部經理的指導下,負責制訂各自的月度與季度銷售計劃,并根據客戶特性,提出相應的促銷建議及方案。

2.負責完成銷售部經理下達的各項營銷目標,對負責的客戶資源銷售目標的達成情況負責。

3.負責收集所跟進客戶的各類信息及挖掘相關市場資訊形成報告。

4.分析客戶特質,在銷售部經理的指導下,制訂及實施客戶公關策略并對實施成效負責。

5.負責跟進并開拓客戶需求,維護客戶良好關系并保持持續發展。

6.客戶關系管理及維護,幫助客戶解決困難,跟蹤客戶投訴處理結果,提升客戶滿意度。
