1、統(tǒng)籌城市公司市場監(jiān)控內(nèi)工作,細抓項目銷售量價;
2、指導(dǎo)完成房地產(chǎn)市場分析、競品監(jiān)控、樓盤調(diào)研等常規(guī)工作;
3、統(tǒng)籌城市公司平臺及項目的市場培訓(xùn)工作;
4、完成上級指派的市場分析研究及相關(guān)專項研究工作并形成研究報告,定期提交研究成果;
5、參與土地獲取及定位深化工作,細摳項目產(chǎn)品細節(jié);
6、參與各項目定價審核工作,給出市場意見;
任職資格
1、全日制本科以上學(xué)歷,具有大型房地產(chǎn)公司或?qū)I(yè)數(shù)據(jù)公司的相關(guān)崗位任職經(jīng)驗3年以上,從業(yè)經(jīng)驗5年以上;
2、具有良好的語言表達能力,市場前瞻性和發(fā)展眼光,勇于創(chuàng)新,勇于挑戰(zhàn);
3、具備較強的市場分析、營銷、推廣能力和良好的人際溝通、協(xié)調(diào)能力,分析和解決問題的能力;
4、有多種業(yè)態(tài)的市場經(jīng)驗,對宏觀市場及營銷有較深入理解;
5、具備從市場到投資、土地、產(chǎn)品、客群、營銷等房地產(chǎn)全程調(diào)研、分析與策劃能力,能獨立組織撰寫各類項目策劃報告。

?StrategicPlanning.Utilizethemarketanalysisandcommonsense,workwithglobalsegmentlead,regionalmarketing,sales,governmentaffairs,etc.toprioritizeshort-termquickwinsandlong-termstrategicplays.Developstrategicandtacticalplanstoapproachtheseopportunities.Willalsobeintimatelyinvolvedintheannualsegmentplanningandrevenueplanningprocess
?Business/MarketDevelopment.Workwithregionalmarketing,sales,governmentaffairs,etc.toexecutetheplan.Leadthelong-termplays.Interactwithkeypartner,KOL,andpolicymakerstodevelopfavoriteecosystem.Providecovertofrontlinesforshorttermopportunities.
?FacilitatecommunicationsbetweenGreaterChinaandCorporatedepartments.ActasthekeypointpersonforbothoutboundandinboundcommunicationbetweenthesegmentteamandGreaterChina.
?SalesEnablement.Facilitateanddrivethedevelopmentofsalestools,andappropriatetrainingforthesalesteamtosupportthebusiness.
?Reporting.Ensurethatkeycommercialstakeholdersarekeptuptodateofallactivities.
?RegionGreaterChinaImplementation.Maintainmeetingandbudgetingprocesswithglobalsegmentmarketingteams(onallsub-segments).FocusprimarilyonGeneticDiseaseResearchmarketwithallabovetasks,whileleverageregionalPopGendirectorandotherregionalcolleaguesontheothersub-segmentplanningandexecution.
