a.負(fù)責(zé)新產(chǎn)品的機(jī)械設(shè)計(jì),提供設(shè)計(jì)方案,繪制三維圖紙、工程圖紙;

b.負(fù)責(zé)產(chǎn)品的設(shè)計(jì)更改和升級改進(jìn),進(jìn)行產(chǎn)品標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化;

c.負(fù)責(zé)新產(chǎn)品的機(jī)械加工過程的工藝開發(fā),確定技術(shù)指標(biāo)和質(zhì)量標(biāo)準(zhǔn);

d.負(fù)責(zé)設(shè)計(jì)加工、裝配、檢測過程所需的各種工裝、模具、夾具等輔助設(shè)備;

e.供應(yīng)商(機(jī)械加工與處理工藝外協(xié)單位)開發(fā);

f.跟蹤外協(xié)單位加工生成情況,提供技術(shù)支持,管理加工進(jìn)度,監(jiān)督加工質(zhì)量,協(xié)助檢驗(yàn)驗(yàn)收,處理加工質(zhì)量問題;

j.撰寫相關(guān)技術(shù)文件,進(jìn)行圖紙管理和歸檔。

要求Qualifications/Requirements

a.本科及以上學(xué)歷,5年(研究生2-3年)以上工作經(jīng)驗(yàn);

b.機(jī)械相關(guān)專業(yè);

c.熟悉主流操作系統(tǒng)、應(yīng)用軟件,熟練使用制圖軟件;

d.熟悉機(jī)械設(shè)計(jì)的行業(yè)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)、標(biāo)準(zhǔn)手冊;

e.熟悉不銹鋼清洗、電拋光工藝,具有相應(yīng)文檔的編寫能力;

f.英語無障礙溝通;

g.有與電真空器件相關(guān)工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)者優(yōu)先;
