2、走客房(Checkout-------C/O),表示可熱已經結賬并已離開客房。

3、空房(Vacant------V),昨日暫時無人租用的房間。

4、未清掃房(Vacantdirty-----VD),表示該客房為沒有經過打掃的空房。

5、外宿房(Sleepout-----S/O),表示該客房已被租用,但是住客在外過夜,總臺人員應該在計算機上對該客房做外宿未歸標記,將此信息通知大堂副理和客房部,大堂副理會雙鎖該客人的房間,并做記錄,客人返回后,則由大堂副理為客人開啟房門并做解釋說明。

6、維修房(Outoforder------OOO),又稱病房,表示該客房因設施設備發生故障,暫時不能出租。

7、已清掃房(Vacantclean-----VC),又稱OK房,表示該客房已清掃完畢,可以重新出租。

8、請勿打擾房(Donotdisturb-------DND),表示該客房的客人因睡眠或者其他的原因不愿服務員打擾。

9、貴賓房(Veryimportantperson-------VIP),表示該客房的客人是飯店的重要客人。

10、常住房(Longstayinguest--------LSG),又稱長包房,即長期由可人包租的客房。

11、請即打掃房(Makeuproom-------MUR),表示該客房住客因會客或者其他的原因需要服務員立即打掃。

12、輕便行李房(Lightbaggage-------L/B),表示該客房的住客行李很少的房間,為了防止逃帳,客房部應及時通知總臺。

13、無行李房(Nobaggage-------N/B),表示該客房住客沒有行李,避免逃帳行為發生,應通知總臺。

14、準備退房(E*pecteddeparture------E/D),表示該客房的客人應在當天中午12點以前退房,但現在還未退房。

15、保留房(Blooked),預留給將入住的團隊、會議客人的一種內在掌握的客房,總臺人員應在計算機上做好標志,防止將其出租給其他的客人而引起不必要的麻煩。

16、雙鎖房(Doublelocked),住客在房間雙鎖客房,服務員用普通鑰匙無法開啟房門,對此應加以觀察,可能是誤操作,也可能是客人生病等。當飯店發現房間內的設備嚴重損害或者房內有暴露的貴重物品或發生刑事案件時,也應雙鎖客房,等待調查。
