根據服務請求完成企業內部關于操作系統、應用軟件、郵件客戶端、打印系統、網絡、辦公設備等方面的安裝、管理、維護;

1.域環境下終端客戶IT支持(電腦軟硬件,郵件客戶端);

2.各類IT外設,IP電話、打印機、掃描儀等簡單維護;

3.用戶溝通協調,保證系統正常運行;

4.協助解決用戶在使用系統過程中遇見的問題,不能解決時,聯系系統開發人員解決;

5.協助完成和系統相關的日常操作:如數據導入、導出等;

職位要求:
