JobFunctions

-Achievegoalthrougheffectiveandefficientsalesinspecificregionormarketundercompany’sstrategyandpolicy.

HVACOEMbusinessinEastofChina,mainlywithgasboilerindustry.Maintainmatureexistinggasboilercustomers,improvemarketshare;Developnewboilercustomers,especiallytheboilermanufactureswhotakepartintheCoaltoGasprojects;

MajorTasksinclude,butnotlimitedto:

-Toaccomplishcompany’ssalesneedsandplansinthemarketthroughsystematicfieldworkandlongtermrelationshipbuildupwithcustomers;

-Accordingtosalestarget,toworkoutsalesstrategyandsalesbudgetinthespecificregionormarket.AfterreviewandapprovebytheKeyaccountmanager,carryoutthequalitativeandquantitativetasksinrespectofpoliciesandtheauthorityassigned;

-Tovisitcustomersaccordingtoweekly/monthlyprogramsandstandbyforcustomer’srequest;

-Toparticipateinmarketanalysisreferringtothemarketassigned;

-Topreparethequotationbasedontheinsuranceofcustomer’solvencyaswellastheeffectivefollowupafterwards;

-Toestablishandmaintainlong-termgoodrelationshipswithcustomers,authoritiesandrelevantparties;

-Toestablishandupdatecustomers’datafilecontainingvisitingdates,arrangementsagreedon,particularsaboutcustomers,relevantfigures,salesturnover,etc.

-Tosearchforandconsidernewpossibilitiesandprospectsforincreasingthesales;

-Toprovideadviceandsuggestiontothecustomersonproductsandtheirperformances,newproduct,productsmodifications,systemsolutions,application,termofsales,serviceconcept,servicekits,etc.

-Tosearchforinformationoncustomersandcompetitor’slineofconductandmarkettrendsaswell,andincooperationwiththemanagementtoconsideractionsthatmightbetaken;

-Tocarryoutassignment/tasksotherthanabovegivenbysuperior

-Toprovidesalesreportstimely.

QualificationandExperience

-Diplomaordegreeholderinthermalenergyandpowerengineeringormechanicaland/orelectronicrelatedfield.

-3to5year’ssalesexperienceinHVACfield-salesexperiencewithgasboilermarketwillbeanadvantage.

-TheonewithexperienceinOEMcustomerdevelopmentandmanagementwillbeanadvantage

采暖工程師崗位職責

崗位職責:

1、電采暖系統及產品的基本設計、方案設計,產品與企業資質認證,設備技術協議編寫,合作廠家管理;

2、牽頭進行投標項目標書制作;

3、施工設計、安裝調試、運行維護等技術支持;

4、負責公司碳晶生產線的建設的技術工作,包括產線方案,生產設備采購等;

5、電采暖相關的技術、產品,市場信息的收集分析,包括碳晶技術、電鍋爐技術、發熱電纜、空氣源熱泵技術;

6、協助相關部門做好電采暖項目的預決算工作;

7、相關產品手冊、宣講材料的編寫,配合營銷人員做好相關的營銷工作。

崗位要求:

1、碳晶電采暖行業技術崗3年以上經驗,性別不限,35歲以下。

2、項目技術經歷:重點具有碳晶板電采暖項目實施經驗,充分理解碳晶板技術,具有bom級別成本分析控制能力。了解其他形式電采暖項目流程和設備技術。

3、學歷:本科以上。

4、要有突出的溝通協調能力。

5、吃苦耐勞,有較強的抗壓能力。

6、適應中、短期出差。
