篇3:材料市場專員崗位職責
崗位職責:
1.嚴格按照公司規定的報價原則進行對外報價。
2.根據營銷規劃協助部門經理或主管制定有效地銷售推廣方案并實施;
3.參與銷售策劃方案的設計、編制,編制微信營銷推廣文案;
4.協助部門經理或主管編制并實施產品內外部培訓教案;
5.做好營銷推廣方案實施后的市場反饋數據匯總分析。
6.進行市場調查與研究,根據產品制定開發話術、策略,負責區域內市場開發與維護,收集潛在客戶資料,發展新客戶,管理客戶關系;
7.及時整理客戶需求并反饋到運營部,協助運營部進行產品升級優化
8.處理協調解決客戶的具體產品需求服務
9.負責客戶電話或線上咨詢的解答與公司服務的推廣;
10.負責非線上下單客戶訂單信息的人工復檢及協助下單;
11.協調訂單的倉儲物流調配、協助客戶退換、調配貨品;
12.做好客戶的產品售后服務,并維系好客戶;
任職要求:
1.土建類、建材類、營銷類、管理類、商務類等相關專業優先;
2.建筑裝飾及相關行業從業經歷優先;
3.具有較強的創新、分析、協調、溝通談判能力及較強的市場開發能力;
4.較強的進取精神和抗壓能力,責任心強,嚴謹,吃苦耐勞;
5.熟練操作辦公軟件、有上進心、學習能力、理解能力強;
6.思想端正,為人正直,認同公司企業文化、注重團隊協作;
