-DefineandreviewQualityPlan,InspectionandTestplans,andrelevantprocedures

-Reviewandvalidateinspectionofassignmentdocumentation(technicalaspects,referencedocumentation,schedule,

milestones,reporting,logistics,coordinationprocedure,etc.)

-Executeorsupervise(requiredbymoreexperiencedinspector)inspectionaccordingtopredefinedQualityPlan,andthe

establishedinspectionprocedures/techniques

-Defineinterventions

-Reviewandappraiseinspectionprocedures

-Selectthemostappropriateinspectiontechniques

-Makedecisionsonthequalityissuesindependently

-Executeinspectionreporting,includingtreatmentofnon-conformities(NCR’s)andotherapplicabledeliverables

Requirements:

-Education:BachelordegreeorequivalentlevelinMechanicalEngineering,preferablywitheducationbackgroundinWelding,

ChemicalMechanical,NDT,PowerEquipments,DrillingEngineering,PetroleumEquipment,E&I,etc.

-WorkingExperience:atleast5years’relatedworkingexperience

-Fullyconversantwithrelevantinspectiontechniquesandabletoselectmostappropriatetechnique

-Goodknowledgeofnationaland/orinternationalcode,standardandregulation,suchasASME,API,etc.;

-FamiliarwithQualityManagementSystem(ISO,etc);

-AbletoverifyandestablishQualityPlanorInspectionTestingPlan

-Abletomonitor,coach1ormoreInspectors(requiredbymoreexperiencedinspector)

-Abletodesignanddeliveryoftrainingforinspectorsandclients(requiredbymoreexperiencedinspector)

品質(zhì)QC檢驗(yàn)員深圳科瑞技術(shù)股份有限公司深圳科瑞技術(shù)股份有限公司,科瑞1、負(fù)責(zé)日常機(jī)械零件的過程或成品檢查及不良品問題點(diǎn)的反饋;

2、新客戶產(chǎn)品的檢驗(yàn)及跟進(jìn),FAI報(bào)告的編制及填寫;

3、日常出貨零件檢驗(yàn)報(bào)告的編制及填寫;

4、工裝、模具的過程及出貨檢查;

5、上級交給的其他工作。

任職資格:

1、中技、高中以上學(xué)歷,1年以上精密模具或精密機(jī)械廠品質(zhì)檢驗(yàn)相關(guān)工作經(jīng)驗(yàn);熟悉品質(zhì)控制流程;

2、誠實(shí)守信、愛崗敬業(yè)、勤奮好學(xué)、服從安排,能適應(yīng)夜班;

3、熟悉電腦操作,會(huì)使用office辦公軟件,熟悉卡尺、千分尺、高度儀、投影儀等測量工具的使用;

4、能看懂三視圖和一些基本的形位公差及測量方法,了解基本的五金材料及表面處理要求。
