職責描述:
1、結(jié)合利戴公司及BBAC的文件管控要求,建立適合的文件管理體系和規(guī)章制度;
2、QM程序,定義程序資料的管理流程,確保所有程序文件有效可控管理;
3、保存并管理所有QM文件和記錄,接受相關(guān)QM審計檢查,準備提交相關(guān)報告;
4、制定QM內(nèi)外部培訓計劃;
5、上級主管安排的其他任務。
職位要求:
1、??埔陨蠈W歷,機電工程專業(yè)優(yōu)先考慮;
2、3年以上相關(guān)工作經(jīng)驗以上;
3、熟悉ISO9000/ISO14001管理體系;
4、熟練操作計算機軟件,Word,Excel,PowerPoint;
5、必須具有良好團隊合作精神。

?CoordinatelocalcertificationswithCertificationBodiesandmanageexternalaudits.
?EnsurecompliancetoQualityManagementSystemandrelatedISO/VDAStandardsbyestablishingandperforminginternalauditsthatmeasuretheeffectivenessoftheSystems;includingmanagementoflocalandcross-Countryauditplans.
?EnsurethatQualityManagementSystemdocumentationisupdatedaccordingtoguidelines.
?EnsureeffectiveexecutionoftheProcessesMilestones(QAMM)throughouttheProjectfromKick-offtoClose-out.
?SupportQMOManagerintheimplementationofcommonQualitymethodologies,toolsandinformationsystems,theircontinuousimprovementandalignmentonbestpractices.
?SupportQMOManagerinthemonitoringofQualityKPIs,theanalysisofresultsandthedevelopmentandmonitoringofimprovementplans.
?AssureLessonsLearnedandNonconformityprocessarefacilitatedanddrivenbackintotheBusinessProcessesforcontinuousimprovement.
?ResponsibletoidentifyandcommunicateQualitygeneralconcernsandorissuestoappropriatedepartment.
