Responsibilities:

Responsibleforcontinuousimprovementofsupplier'sproductqualitythroughprofessionalqualitymanagement,helpsuppliertoimproveandmeetcustomer'squalityrequirements.

1.Assistsupplierinoverallimprovement,controlproductionprocessandpromoteprocessimprovementthroughwholesupervision,reduceprocessqualitylossandimproveshipmentquality.

2.ResponsibleforthewholeprocessofAPQPqualitydevelopmentplanandmonitoringofnewproducts.

3.Conductinternalorcustomer-commissionedsupplieraudit,followupthenon-conformancefoundintheaudit,andverifytherectificationeffect.

4.Ensurethatthecompany'sproductsandservicesmeetthequalityrequirementsofcustomers,includingtheestablishmentandachievementofqualityobjectives,theformulationandimplementationofcorrectiveandpreventivemeasures,andtheCIPplan.

5.Accordingtoproductstandardsandrelatedcustomerrequirements,prepareproductinspectionworkinginstructions,controlplan,flowchartandotherqualityassurancedocuments.

6.Handlecustomercomplaintsandfollowup.

7.Responsibleforqualitymanagementmethodsandmeasurementindicators,organizeallkindsofCIPplanwithinthecompany.

8.Implementqualityinspectionstandard,participateinfieldinspectionandmeasurementofvariousproducts.

9.Completeothertasksassignedbyleaders.

Requirements:

1.Collegedegreeorabove;majorinMechanicalEngineeringandMechatronicsispreferred.

2.Morethan5yearsworkingexperienceinSQE,candidateswithmorethan3years’experienceinautomobileindustryarepreferred.

3.Proficientinmachining,casting,forging,welding,stamping,sheetmetalandsurfacetreatment,andfamiliarwithplasticandrubberformingprocessarepreferred.

4.FamiliarwithISO9001andIATF16949qualitysystem,andhaveindependentexperienceinqualitysystem,processandproductaudit.

5.Haverelevantknowledgeofqualitymanagement(suchasfivemajortools,sevenQCtechniquesandetc.,)canusevariousqualitymanagementtoolstoanalyzeandsolveproblems.

6.Excellentorganizationandcoordinationability,goodprojectmanagementskills,communicationskillsandproblem-solvingability.

7.BefamiliarwithGD&Tandassemblydrawings,familiarwiththeuseofvariousmeasuringtoolsandinspectiontools.

8.ProficientinEnglishandVietnamese-listening,speaking,readingandwriting；goodatwritingEnglishreports,candidatewhocanspeakmandarinispreferred.
