Mission:

ThesupervisorreportsdirectlytotheProjectManagerorCo-ordinatorandisresponsiblefortheorganisationofthehour-to-houroperationofnominatedprojects/areas.Thesupervisorworksalongsideotherinspectorstoformanautonomousteam.

Activities:

?Organisethehour-to-hourfunctionoftheprojectorareaensuringtheirteamsworkinarigorousprofessionalsafeandeffectivemannerconsistentwiththeNational,GroupandindividualprojectrequirementsdefinedineachTestPlan;

?Planinspectionandorganisetheresourcesrequiredtoensurethesectiontargetsareachievedensuringthatalltheinspectorsaretrainedandcapableofdoingtherequiredactivities;

?EnsureforeachprojectthattheInspectorsareequippedwiththecorrecttooling,personnelprotectiveequipmentandmaterialstocarryouttherequiredactivitiesinaccordancewiththeTestPlan;

?Assureproductqualitybydefiningtherequiredlabelling,materialflow,andproducthandling/packingdisciplinesintheProjectTestPlanandsetup.Alluninspected[stop],passed[OK]andfailed[NOK]productisclearlylabelledandsegregatedintheworkplace;

?EnsurethattherequiredProjectpaperwork[e.g.DailyReports,TallySheets]iscompletedontimeandtotherequiredstandardforallprojectsundertheircontrol.

?He/shemustensurethatalltherequiredreportsissuedarecorrectandinaccordancewiththeprojecttimetablehighlightinganyissueencounteredforresolution;

?Maintaintheongoinginspectors’compliancetotheProjectTestPlanbyconductingtherequiredlayeredauditsandimmediatelyaddressinganydeviationsidentifiedwithappropriatecorrectiveactions;

?Ensureaclearandeffectivecommunicationwithintheteam,toG&PstaffandwiththeclientQuality/Mfgsupportteams.AdviceCustomers’supervisors/teamleadersclearlyofalltherelevantconcernsidentifiedduringtheongoinginspectionactivities;

?Ensureahighstandardofinspectorattire/appearanceandhousekeepingismaintainedconsistentwiththeGroupstandards;

?SupporttheProjectManagerorCo-ordinatorintherecruitment,induction,appraisal,anddevelopmentoftheInspectors;

?MaintainandreportonthecompetitoractivitiesatthelocationprovidingSalesLeadsonworkdonebycompetitors;

?SupporttheGroupcontinuousimprovementculturebysupportingtheteamoncreationofimprovementsuggestionsandtheirimplementation.

1負責(zé)工程質(zhì)量日常管理工作,編制工程質(zhì)量總體控制目標(biāo)及管理措施和辦法。

一、認真執(zhí)行國家頒布的建筑工程施工質(zhì)量驗收標(biāo)準(zhǔn)、規(guī)范和強制性標(biāo)準(zhǔn)條文及公司制訂的《質(zhì)量管理手冊》、《程序文件》,嚴(yán)格把好工程質(zhì)量關(guān)。

二、參加重點工程及主體結(jié)構(gòu)部位有關(guān)安裝工程方面的隱蔽工程驗收工作。

三、認真按國家頒布的建筑安裝工程施工質(zhì)量驗收標(biāo)準(zhǔn)、規(guī)范做好分部、分項工程質(zhì)量的檢驗核定工作。

四、認真編制工程質(zhì)量統(tǒng)計報表按時上報,做好安裝工程質(zhì)量報表存檔工作。

五、經(jīng)常掌握并重點幫助指導(dǎo)創(chuàng)優(yōu)項目的安裝工程質(zhì)量,確保完成創(chuàng)優(yōu)指標(biāo)。

六、參加業(yè)務(wù)學(xué)習(xí),提高業(yè)務(wù)水平。

七、參加安裝資料審核、評定及上報驗收工作。

八、完成領(lǐng)導(dǎo)布置的有關(guān)安裝質(zhì)量的其他工作。
