ThepositioniskeytoensuresuccessfulintegrationofprojectsandimprovementsinthelocalPlantandherbyenablestimelyreleaseofglobalProductDevelopmentprojectaswellProductLineManagementactivities.

?TakepartinProductlineactivitiesandactonbehalfofthelocalPlant.ThiswillincludeallactivitiesfromPlanningofnewprojectstoexecutionofprojects(incl.Variants,QualityandDtVactivities).

篇2:建筑工程項目總監理工程師質量安全違法違規行為行政處罰規定

一、違反第一項規定的行政處罰

項目總監未按規定取得注冊執業資格的,按照《注冊監理工程師管理規定》第二十九條規定對項目總監實施行政處罰。項目總監違反規定受聘于兩個及以上單位并執業的,按照《注冊監理工程師管理規定》第三十一條規定對項目總監實施行政處罰。

二、違反第二項規定的行政處罰

項目總監未按規定組織審查施工單位提交的施工組織設計中的安全技術措施或者專項施工方案,按照《建設工程安全生產管理條例》第五十七條規定對監理單位實施行政處罰;按照《建設工程安全生產管理條例》第五十八條規定對項目總監實施行政處罰。

三、違反第三項規定的行政處罰

項目總監未按規定組織項目監理機構人員采取旁站、巡視和平行檢驗等形式實施監理造成質量事故的,按照《建設工程質量管理條例》第七十二條規定對項目總監實施行政處罰。項目總監將不合格的建筑材料、建筑構配件和設備按合格簽字的,按照《建設工程質量管理條例》第六十七條規定對監理單位實施行政處罰;按照《建設工程質量管理條例》第七十三條規定對項目總監實施行政處罰。

四、違反第四項規定的行政處罰

項目總監發現施工單位未按照法律法規以及有關技術標準、設計文件和建設工程承包合同施工未要求施工單位整改,造成質量事故的,按照《建設工程質量管理條例》第七十二條規定對項目總監實施行政處罰。

五、違反第五項規定的行政處罰

項目總監發現存在安全事故隱患,未要求施工單位整改;情況嚴重的,未要求施工單位暫時停止施工,未及時報告建設單位;施工單位拒不整改或者不停止施工,未及時向有關主管部門報告的,按照《建設工程安全生產管理條例》第五十七條規定對監理單位實施行政處罰;按照《建設工程安全生產管理條例》第五十八條規定對項目總監實施行政處罰。

六、違反第六項規定的行政處罰

項目總監未按規定審查施工單位的竣工申請,未參加建設單位組織的工程竣工驗收的,按照《注冊監理工程師管理規定》第三十一條規定對項目總監實施行政處罰。項目總監將不合格工程按照合格簽認的,按照《建設工程質量管理條例》第六十七條規定對監理單位實施行政處罰;按照《建設工程質量管理條例》第七十三條規定對項目總監實施行政處罰。

(3)負責本工程相應專業技術管理工作;

(4)審核設計文件,熟悉文件內容,實地核對,并根據施工調查資料對設計中存在的問題及時請監理或設計單位解決;

(6)匯總和提報工程材料及設備需用計劃,并協助物資部門解決定貨中的技術問題;
