5.Coordinatinginitialsamplesinspectionsforcustomer,preparinginitialsampleinspectionreportaccordingtocustomerrequirementandpresentinginitialsamplesforcustomerapproval(PPAPandPSWapproval);carryingoutdevicereleasebasedonqualityplansandproofs(testreport)
6.Agreeingdevicespecifictestfeaturesandmethodswithcustomer(DVPR).
7.Drawingupandarrangingfornecessarycorrectivemeasuresintheeventofqualityrelateddeviationsincooperationwithprojectteamandcheckingtheimplementation.
8.Identificationandescalationofrelevantqualityproblemstoadequatemanagementleveltogetsupportingandmigratequalityrisks.
9.Analyzequalityrelatedrequirements(drawings,specifications,qualityagreement,warranty,etc…)andofferconstructiveadvicestoprojectteamandescalatetoadequatemanagementlevelifhighrisksarepossibletooccur.
10.Ensuringthatdefinedqualitymethodsandtoolsarekeptindevelopmentprocess,leadqualityinspectiontoallD&Dfunctionteams’workingresultsandhelpProjectManagertocontrolproductdevelopmentrisks.
11.Customercomplaints,quotation,andcustomerauditsupportingbymanagingofProjectManagerifneedbasedontechnicaldevelopmentsection.
12.Activelytakeothertaskswhichdistributebydisciplinemanager,demonstrategoodcommunicationskillstoalignwithinternalandexternalcustomers,meantimeadequateleadershipskillstoinspireallcoreandextendteammemberstoachieveprojecttarget.

房地產開發土建工程師崗位職責
職位描述:
1、負責項目現場土建工程施工管理工作,節點進度、質量、安全文明的日常管理;
2、負責土建常規性的設計變更、施工、檢測、調試等技術性方案的審核和協調工作;
3、負責土建圖紙的審核、設計交底,協助招標工作;
4、審核施工現場簽證、及時上報領導、監督工程變更,保障工程質量;
5、完成領導交辦的其他工作;
任職要求:
1、統招本科或以上學歷,建筑、工民建、土木工程類相關專業;
2、8年以上房地產開發公司或建筑施工單位現場管理工作經驗;持中級以上工程師資格證,有大型房地產開發公司土建工程師完整項目工作經驗者,從事過精裝房裝修管理者優先;
3、熟悉建筑法律法規、標準和規范,熟練掌握建筑、裝修等工程施工規范、標準和要求;熟悉CAD等計算機操作;
4、有良好的溝通協調能力,工作責任心強。
