2、新客戶產(chǎn)品的檢驗及跟進,FAI報告的編制及填寫;

3、日常出貨零件檢驗報告的編制及填寫;

4、工裝、模具的過程及出貨檢查;

5、上級交給的其他工作。

任職資格:

1、中技、高中以上學(xué)歷,1年以上精密模具或精密機械廠品質(zhì)檢驗相關(guān)工作經(jīng)驗;熟悉品質(zhì)控制流程;

2、誠實守信、愛崗敬業(yè)、勤奮好學(xué)、服從安排,能適應(yīng)夜班;

3、熟悉電腦操作,會使用office辦公軟件,熟悉卡尺、千分尺、高度儀、投影儀等測量工具的使用;

4、能看懂三視圖和一些基本的形位公差及測量方法,了解基本的五金材料及表面處理要求。

安全檢驗員崗位職責(zé)

崗位職責(zé):

1、掌握相關(guān)檢驗要求和方法,熟練操作相關(guān)檢驗工具、儀器、設(shè)備。

2、根據(jù)進貨檢驗相關(guān)規(guī)范對事業(yè)部購置的物料進行檢驗。

3、負(fù)責(zé)制訂事業(yè)部產(chǎn)品在外協(xié)單位生產(chǎn)加工過程的質(zhì)量控制計劃,依據(jù)質(zhì)量控制計劃去現(xiàn)場實施質(zhì)量監(jiān)督和檢查。

4、配合完成生產(chǎn)計劃安排的任務(wù),根據(jù)現(xiàn)行檢驗規(guī)范對軍品進行首件檢驗、首件鑒定和工序檢驗,重點對關(guān)鍵件/重要件、關(guān)鍵過程/重要過程和特殊過程執(zhí)行質(zhì)量控制。

5、配合完成生產(chǎn)計劃安排的任務(wù),根據(jù)現(xiàn)行檢驗規(guī)范對最終產(chǎn)品進行檢驗。

2、學(xué)歷:大專(含)以上

3、專業(yè):電子技術(shù)或相關(guān)專業(yè)

4、工作經(jīng)驗:1-3年電子產(chǎn)品檢驗崗位經(jīng)驗。

5、素質(zhì)要求:能適應(yīng)1-2個月出差駐外協(xié)工廠(深圳)檢驗跟單。
