職責描述

Background:

TheALDOGroupsupplychainiscomplexandisintransition.ThecompanyisimplementingSAPacrossalltheirchannelsandbanners(brands).DuringthistransitionandwhilethevariousbannersadoptSAP,thereareparallelactivitieswithinlegacysystemsforthosebrandswhicharenotyetlivewithSAP.TheSupplyChainhasseverallogisticspartnersincludingDistributionCenters,TransportationProvidersandCustomBrokers.ALDOisintegratedwiththepartnersystems.Thisintegrationhasitsowncomplexity.

TheALDOsupplychainservicesglobalmarkets.ThepredominantmarketsareinCanadaandtheUSA.TheinternationalmarketsarespreadacrossLatinAmericas,Europe,MiddleEast,AsiaandAfrica.ThecompanyhasevolvedfrombeingMontrealCentrictobeingmulti-nationalwithaglobalpresence.

TheDistributionManager(AGI)willservetheneedsoftheInternationalmarkets.Thegoalistostrengthenandstreamlinetheflowofgoodsandensureadherencetoservicelevelagreements,leadtimesandoperatingprocedures.

KeyResponsibilities:

ReportstotheSeniorManagerofAGIDistributionbasedintheNetherlands.

TherolewillbebasedwithintheLogisticsPartnerfacilitiesinYantian.

TheDistributionManager(AGI)willworkcloselyandpartnerwiththeDirectorofAGITransportation/CustomsaswellaswiththeDirectorofAGIDistribution.

TherolewillsupportthemanagementoftheAGIDistributionOperationsbymanagingtasksrelatedtoThirdPartyDistributionPartners.

Onadailybasis,therolewillinteractandliaisewiththeNetherlandsandYantianDistributionCentersandtheTransportationteamforthefulfillmentforourbookofbusinesstoourwholesale,retailandfranchiseecustomers.TherolewillsupportthecreationofExceptionASN’s,compiledatafororderbookanalysis,performancereportingandcorrectionofdataerrorsoradjustmentsrequiredtoexecutetheprocessintheDCWarehouseManagementsystems.TherolewillalsoensureAGIbusinessrulesandprioritizationarefollowedwithproactivedisciplinesandefforts.

Therolerequirestheabilitytoengagehands-ontoexecuteonDistributioncapabilities.

ExperienceandpastperformancerelatedtothefollowingDistributionCenter(DC)capabilitiesisessential;

CapturedatainputandreportontheperformanceoftheDC’sbasedonServiceLevelAgreements(SLA’s)andKeyPerformanceIndicators(KPI’s).

Troubleshootinventoryflowissuesinmeetingthecustomerpromiseforthechannelneeds.

Supportingandcompilingdatainputswhichwillbeusedforfinancialbudgetcontrolsinrelationtofixedandvariablecostsofthirdpartylogisticspartners.

Stronganalyticalcapabilitiestocaptureanomaliesanderrorsininbound,processingandoutboundoperations.

Datacaptureandon-the-floorimplementationofinventoryproductivityprotocolsrelatedtoageing,obsolescence/liquidation,skuproductivityetc.

Managementandsupervisionofjuniorlevel3PLdistributionstafftoensurequalityandtimelinessofworkoutput.

ManagingandcontrollingthevariablecostrelatedtothecostplusmodelattheYantianDC.

EnsuringcompliancewithregulatoryandFreeTradeZonerequirements.

Financialandchargebackmanagement,spaceoptimizationattheDCanddeliveringonthecustomerpromise.

RequirementsfortheRole:

Atleast5+yearsofhandsonDistributionCenterexpertiseandexperience.

Experiencewithatleast80%oftheDistributioncapabilities.

Abilitytoleadateamofmidtojuniorlogisticpartnerresources.

ExperienceworkingwithInternational3PLDistributionCenters.

Footwear,HandbagandAccessoryindustryexperienceispreferred.

Strongfinancialplanningandsimulationcapabilities.

Datadrivenwithstronganalyticalskills.

GoodEnglishandlocallanguagecommunicationsskillstocollaborateandmanagecrossfunctionalneeds.

崗位職責

協(xié)助餐飲總監(jiān)負責酒店的餐飲服務管理及出品管理的各項工作。

1、協(xié)助制定年度、月度營業(yè)計劃,完成餐飲總監(jiān)交待的各項接待任務。

2、協(xié)助餐飲總監(jiān)制定促銷計劃,及市場分析。

3、檢查管理人員的工作程序,服務程序及各項規(guī)章制度的執(zhí)行情況。發(fā)現(xiàn)問題及時處理并匯報餐飲總監(jiān)。

4、協(xié)助控制食品和飲品的標準,規(guī)格。加強食品原料及物品的管理。

5、定期召開專項會議(出品部,服務部)

6、抓好設備,設施的維修保養(yǎng)工作,加強日常管理,防止事故發(fā)生。

7、落實衛(wèi)生和安全保障工作,貫徹執(zhí)行飲食衛(wèi)生制度,確保各營業(yè)場所、廚房、庫房的安全。

8、完成餐飲總監(jiān)交給的其它任務,餐飲總監(jiān)不在時,代行總監(jiān)職責。

素質(zhì)要求:

崗位職責

1、巡視各餐廳、宴會廳、酒吧等的營業(yè)及服務情況,指導、監(jiān)督日常經(jīng)營活動。

2、檢查各餐廳的衛(wèi)生、擺臺標準、開餐用品,確保服務質(zhì)量和工作效率。

3、參加餐飲總監(jiān)主持的工作例會,提出合理化建議,匯報各餐廳的經(jīng)營情況。

4、做好各餐廳經(jīng)理的排班表,監(jiān)督各餐廳制定排班表,帶頭執(zhí)行酒店的各類規(guī)章制度。

5、發(fā)展良好的客戶關系,滿足客人的特殊需要,處理客人投訴。

6、與總廚密切聯(lián)系和合作,提出有關食品銷售建議,及時將客人要求反饋給廚師長,為食品原料的采購和廚房出菜提供依據(jù)。

7、完成餐飲總監(jiān)交給的其它任務。
